I loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was beautiful! The hemps are very clean, the air conditioning worked very well and I loved the pool on the 14th floor! Which is clean and very well maintained!
You have to bathe with a bathing cap but frankly it is not inconvenient. At least there is no hair in the water! Breakfast also is TOP!

Breakfast buffet wide, sweet and salty, small big women to organize and manage the room… the pool area enjoys the same beautiful views.
Alas' dated rooms, comfortable bed not like pillow.

Hotel furniture is old, carpets and bathrooms even older, all doors at the floor slammed loud as hell to be closed, windows glasses are thin and do not isolate from outer noises. Very Good breakfast. Dinner was average but in a city like this you can get way better food for lower prices.

Nice hotel but some staff lack professional courtesy. Limited evening menu. Good food though, and not at all overpriced for a seafront hotel.

Experience not to be repeated… 4 stars? But… Maybe 30 years ago… Glass of broken windows… Walls with lesions… Bathrooms with detached tiles and old plants… Air conditioning not working… Not even the door of the room has an easy closure… They still use a classic key from another era… Not to mention the dinner… To close and completely renovate!

Extremely noisy factory hotel. Very old-fashioned. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Flee the restaurant for all meals (infamous industrial food) breakfast is in my top 10 of the world's worst…!

Structure visibly dated, good cleanliness although we did not appreciate the dirty glass, I think there is a need for a good maintenance operation from outside the building.
Even the panoramic lift loses all its charms when the panorama is blurred by the dirty glass from the outside.

Professional and fast service. The rooms are large but as the whole structure should be renovated. The cleanliness and the conditions of private bathrooms. Good restaurant with a fast friendly and professional service. The hotel is especially suitable for business meetings and conventions. Enjoy.

Hotel by the seaside 15 ' walk from the city center little breakfast provided.

Very shabby hotel in the part that has not been relooked, bad insulation, neighborhood uncrowded and noisy. The staff is not very welcoming. I don't understand how they got 4 *.

Two stars only receives it for the beautiful sunrise that I saw the second morning from my room, then otherwise you do not save anything.
Far out of the center, not recommended to walk in the evening. Furnishings stopped to the years 70/80, carpet on the floor, partially redone bathroom, draughty windows. For breakfast there was enough choice, drinks made with the vending machine but there was a small corner with gluten free products. Too bad we had the air conditioning on and always cold.

The stay at the hotel was absolutely OK. It's been a little bit over the years, but everything is fine. The staff was friendly and the breakfast (not for tour groups) on the 14th floor was delicious.
The location is on the edge of downtown Palermo in a not so attractive neighborhood. However, there are a few authentic restaurants in the area that are not touristy. The city centre can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes or by tram in 20 minutes. Stop about 10 minutes away. Bus stop in front of the hotel.
A rental car is recommended if you want to see not only Palermo or even want to go to the beach. There is no place near the hotel.

The rooms are very old, the food served for dinner is mediocre but breakfast is fine.

Cheap Place Despite being a 4 star. One night in 3, plus dinner (great), the price was more than great. Decent room. Now I visited it in January, but on the 14th floor they also have the pool. Close to the highway as a location.

I found myself well in this hotel… Kind to the Reception and the breakfast room. Structure of beautiful appearance externally, with spacious reception-hall. Kindly, I just note that the elevator and other doors, on the floors, benefit of a brushstroke, in order to give the whole thing an optimum appearance.

So breakfast can be duchgehen. Dinner? You get a cold appetizer is OK then a warm (always pasta) also OK. The main course is a tragedy. First time a piece of fish and 2 spoons of carrots. At 2nd times a slice of meat and 2 spoons of potatoes. At 3rd times a piece of fish and a scampi nothing else. If you want another scampi it is called no solo uno. Rooms are OK but not German speaking television. Hotel is renovierungsbedürftigt maximum 2 stars. For a short trip (New Year's Eve) ok. But no more.

New Year's Eve done in this hotel gone terrible, not at all organized, bad food, I did Not receive anything I paid… I chose and paid a menu and ate totally other and very unpleasant… The manager we called several times never showed up at the table… My friends and I C were seated in separate table because we were 10 and The tables from 8 So a couple spent the new year on the sidelines despite C had been insured K we would have been TT together… The organizer who had made us book and promised three bottles to celebrate disappeared during the evening and no longer answered the phone… The evening to follow was shabby and vulgar… I will never go.

Unfortunately I spent the last of the year in this apparent beautiful structure: dinner to forget, waiters and staff of the kind wardrobe. Maybe You should change the chef?

Shame! You deserve to be denounced! You have trampled on the image by a group of thugs to whom you entrust events and you do not even have the intelligence to control what they combine in your structure! We have lost 50 euros, you have the dignity!

I write because a group of guys who with so much enthusiasm had booked with the desire to have fun finding in a structure that thought a serious organization with a healthy fun have instead found three times more than the Structure could contain, no control and even the possibility of being able to dance risking accidents and brawls. Shame!

I was months ago for a conference. Unfortunately the heat was really intolerable. They had the Penguins de Longhi, 3 for accuracy, in a reception of monumental size. I am amazed that a 4 star hotel benefits from these air conditioners. Even the other 2 rooms were hot beyond measure.

It is far from the center of Palermo, more than 40 minutes on foot, and in a degraded area and without urban services. Hall and common areas on the ground floor, modern. Hallways on the upper floors, outdated and dirty.
The rooms are spacious but outdated, neglected and smelly. The Windows do not close well and the water enters when it rains. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner leaked and the carpet was flooded. The Internet connection is good.
The staff at the front desk are unfriendly and rude. When we had to change rooms for the flood, we were not even asked to apologise.
It is a hotel that does not deserve the 4 stars, neither for the facilities, nor for the treatment to the visitor. I won't come back and I don't recommend it at all. We have travelled in group and the selection of hotels by the wholesaler Travelplan has been a disaster.

Good hotel with a super terras with swimming pool in the roof. Good rooms. Restaurant is not so good. Food is oké but a bad atmosfeer.

Working class hotel in the middle of a guetto with prostitutes on the streets during the night. Breakfasts are ok. The pool is dirty. The rooms are huge and clean. There is a free parking. That's nice. The hotel makes me think about a decadent version of the 80's hotel of biff tannen in back to the future.

We arrived at this advertised 4 star hotel. I went to the room and it felt like I had stepped back in time to the 1960s. Room was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke, ceiling was yellow. View outside was of a building site. Honestly I could find one redeemable feature in this hotel apart from the manager who cancelled my reservation without much hassle and called me a taxi to another hotel.

I have been a guest at this property for almost a year, courtesy and kindness on the part of all the staff. A applaud to all the STAF from the management to who empties the ashtray. Not so much. Good.

It can't be a 4 star. The lobby however is very nice.
Rudeness of the staff. Bad room with definitely dirty dingy bathroom carpet to be a 4 star. Bathtub with curtain. The courtesy kit was not implemented in the following days and not at all suitable for a 4 star.

Nice hotel, been there 2 nights. Food was good enough, the place is near Palermo's center. Room and service were standard, not the best but still way over the bare minimum.

Friendly and well organized, all a little from restoration, carpet too dusty, and bathroom (especially the bathtub) to improve, nice disco and nice panoramic lift (a little tight). You eat does not value but discreetly.

The Hotel is beautiful and beautifully placed. During the event, is not treated properly. Lack of bins, cleaning personnel, constant employees to the bathrooms, have undermined the reliability.

New year's Eve was not the best in quality or quantity of food and service, however, the dancing with the different rooms available was very entertaining and varied.

Beautiful property! very friendly staff! It is the umpteenth time that I stay and each time it gets better! breakfast was also very good. The quality of the restaurant is great. The sea view rooms offer a unique view! I've recommended it to friends, and after staying there too, they thanked me. Hello j stayed a the hotel from 14-19 hotel September 2014 correct we found a woman friendly with shapes and glasses of black color very nice and spoke good french.
However others are zero. 4 rooms full of dust,
Hotel really bad not a four star but the most scandalous four rooms were filled with dust, since in the group there are people with allergies we were really in trouble.
