Scammers. Please read all reviews related to topic Booking and NEVER DEAL WITH FRAUDSTER. If you do reservation via Booking, they will charge almost all the sum of money (without touristic fee), will claim it as some stupid penalty and will request you to pay for the booking again: by sending bank transfer or via cash machine. Moreover they will send you some suspicious link to enter all card details telling that they will return penalty. Penalty 😅 your check-in date is in future and you already have penalty. As a result: no room instructions sent, money is lost. Incident is raised via Booking.

Caution! Fraudsters, the accommodation was booked through the Booking site. After that, the Hotel contacted us and asked for the payment to be made, when asked why when the Booking site took the money and the reservation was confirmed, they wrote that they are not interested in Booking and that the money must be paid if we want to stay in the Hotel. In 50 reservations through Booking, nothing like this has ever happened to me, of course the Hotel cancels the reservation. Disregard Fraud … Avoid this Hotel would be inconvenienced.

What a delightful stay I had in the heart of old town Palermo! The location couldn’t be more perfect, allowing me to soak in all the charm and beauty of the area. The service was absolutely top-notch – the ladies who worked there were incredible! They were always available to answer questions and provided all the information I needed with such warmth and kindness.
The rooms were absolutely spotless, and everything was washed to perfection – I really appreciated that attention to detail! However, I did find the external bathroom a bit of a downside, as it impacted my privacy during my stay. Overall, it was a joyful experience, and I'm grateful for the cleanliness!.

I had the worst experience with this b&b. I reserved in the morning and gave my credit card so it would be charged in full amount. After that, I received a message asking me to wire transfer 30% of the amount. I told them it made no sense, since I was willing to pay the total amount in advance. They responded “that is the policy” and if you don’t like it, cancel and pay the fee. Zero customer centric, zero empathy, zero willingness to solve things out. I believe many tourists fall in this trap and they must have a big revenue stream coming from cancellations. It costs more to wire transfer the money from my bank in America than the amount they were asking for.

Booked via booking. Com, the property gave a very short deadline of payment (outside of the application) of a very high deposit eventhough it was still more than a week before the planned check in! They threathed me not to check me in! Case reported to the police.

We stayed for one night and everything was great. Even before we arrived the staff was very kind through the check-in process. They gave us tips on how to arrive, the cheapest and best solutions. The self check-in was smooth and the code for both doors worked without issues.
The room was great, everything was clean and in good shape. The bathroom is outside of the room but, again, very clean, and private, with a single key to access.
The breakfast was delicious. Really good croissants with our requested flavours. Yogurt, cereals, honey, jam and juices.
Would recommend and return.

It was a smooth experience. They were really helpful from start to end. The house was clean, and had all the necessary equipments.

I had many difficulties in paying for this service. They ONLY took CASH and cancelled my booking on Booking. Com to ask me to transfer money instead. I refused to transfer the money before I stayed in, and they offered to pre-authorise my credit card. I assumed that they could go through the payment for my booking. When I walked into the property, they asked me to pay in cash and said I was informed to pay by cash to access the room. I thought the money was for the government tax, but it wasn't. They insisted on laying two nights' payment in cash and could send me the link for the ATM. They added they can't accept the credit card payment at all. I walked away as I had never experienced disagreement over the payment and locked my credit card just in case they took the money, assuming they were charging on my cancellation over their forceful payment method.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Palermo Central in Palermo, Italy. They asked ONLY for cash to access the room, or the booking would be cancelled. I strongly advise against staying at Palermo Central. This place is dodgy and deceptive.
