Wonderful place! Today is our last day here and we are very satisfied. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and we took a standard double room with breakfast included for 4 days — worth it! Very clean! Everday they refreshed our room. Our bathroom had a modern sleek look with great water pressure (I posted a few pictures). The bed is comfortable. Wifi & Tv are good. Air conditioning works well. When you come into your room there is a small key that turns the electricity "on" — the hotel is ecofriendly and I find it is a great idea (Some other review complained about this and I have no idea why — when you're not in the room, why would you need to waste electricity for no reason? ). Had some problems with the Wi-Fi the last day, but as soon as I went to see the person at reception, he was super helpful and gave us a new login/password right away! No biggie! All the people that work here are very kind and speak English. They are at the reception 24/7 in case you have any questions. Honestly, It is located in a very shady neighbourhood, but the hotel protects their guests — always keeps the doors locked and will open their doors as soon as you ring/knock at the entrance (this is only a tiny issue at night). It's sad for the hotel because it is great, but the people around at night… hmmm! We wouldn't come back too late at night max 10pm. BUT don't be intimidated by those around plus the area is very well lit by street lamps.

Stylish elegant and clean rooms. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of fresh fruits. We also had dinner throughout our stay. The food was exquisite with a friendly service. I am vegetarian and they were very accommodating.

The stylish hotel is excellent, they serve a delicious and fresh breakfast &the Deluxe room was very clean. The neighborhood is not as classy as the hotel and we did not enjoy walking outside the hotel by darkness.

A gem of a hotel with a diamond-studded restaurant! Located in the historic centre of Palermo, Palazzo Brunaccini is a beautifully renovated boutique hotel. Its hallways are lined with works of art as beautiful as the churches surrounding it. Da Carlo restaurant is a showcase for delicious modern Sicilian cooking as shared by chef Carlo. Convenient to the Ballaró market and right next to the Chiesa del Gesù. Private parking available. Courteous and efficient multi-lingual staff at front desk, in breakfast room and in restaurant. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay at Palazzo Brunaccini again.

Lovely Hotel, well finished in details and with possibility of free parking. Excellent breakfast with typical Sicilian products, with the possibility also to have gluten-free products. As far as the location area has a pro is a cons! The pros and to have everything under hand on foot! At two steps you will find you have four songs, square of Shame, Cathedral, Teatro Massimo, Politeama and the Streets "In" of Palermo! As against being placed in the heart of the market of Ballaró, the scenery that you assist in the surroundings is not nice to see! Degradation is at your fingertips!

Excellent residence is an entirely restored mansion. Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms.
Rich breakfast both sweet and salty many citrus fruits.
Very courteous staff. Very close to Ballarò and in a few minutes you can reach all the main sites to visit in the old town.

Nice hotel. Close to the visitor attractions. General neighbourhood is pretty much like a slum, maybe its just old. But it felt it safe enough to have a few beers in the local bars.

Very nice and suggestive, romantic and charming. Luxury restaurant with really nice and yummy dishes. I recommend bringing your own woman to vicevere a fabulous evening.

The building was very nice. The hotel is in the center but it is dificilisimo to arrive by car, you have to stroll a lot and Palermo has a traffic infernal. Courtesy's Picnic breakfast is ridiculous for a 4-star hotel.

I’m happy my partner and I selected this hotel for our vacation in Palermo. The customer service was overall 100% perfect and totally dedicated to us. On my first day I forgot my backpack at the bus from the Palermo airport station and I asked Maria who really take care of the situation of trying to get the bus driver. Informed the officers and keeping me posted about The whereabouts of my backpack and all this was on a Sunday which made things difficult but luckily she made it possible and I got my backpack back with all my belongings in a intact state. The same night we had a dinner at the boutique restaurant and I totally recommend this place for the best risotto in town and the best americano (caffe). The room was decent in size, clean, cable in English, and very quite. The location is probably a little difficult to find but nothing that your mobile gps would find. I’m totally satisfied with Palazzo Brunaccinni and his employees and I totally recommend this place.

This is a nice spot with a close proximity to the four corners area and the market. The area around it is fine and is easily walkable. My major concern is how hard the beds are, the management needs to invest in something softer.

Hotel of great class and quality, with adjoining the restaurant by Carlo quality and courtesy only of houses in a modern and refined atmosphere, in a classical and ancient context.

This was one of our most favourite hotels on this trip. Very clean, extremely inviting, and just loved the chef. Our room was perfect with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Good value for money, I cannot give this place enough praise. Perfect in every wY.

Poor location in an area difficult to access and in a bed neighborhood. The four stars do not reflect its quality.

The hotel is in a decent location. Right next to ballaro market and within walking distance to most restaurants etc. For a hotel that claims to be luxury it lacks a lot of features that I would expect in a luxury hotel. We had a suite and I was expecting a beautiful setup. While the space was nice I don't think it lives up to the luxurious feel that the pictures try to convey. Checking in process was not courteous at all. They couldn't find our reservation and first simply just said sorry I don't think we have you staying with us. We had to press to look further and when they found it there was not apology. The ac in the room is extremely loud! And Wi-Fi connection barely working. We didn't have any Wi-Fi in the upper level. The breakfast was just average and honestly if you are going to charge someone this much money to stay why then limit only one espresso drink per person and any extra would be added charge. It's a minor point but I think these small things makes a whole lot of difference in having an overall good experience of staying in a luxury hotel. I would definitely seek out another place to stay next time I am in Palermo.

While this hotel is nice, I felt the reviews for this were misleading. The biggest drawback is the location. We did not feel safe at all walking around the hotel once dark. We parked outside the hotel, as instructed, and often people were found sitting on top of our car throughout the day. Also, it is extremely loud. Parties in the neighbourhood lasted all night and made it difficult to sleep.

A very elegant hotel. It is adorned with beautiful artwork. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Very peaceful.

I like this place, Ciccio the chef make excellent dishes. I love the chips with lime mayonnaise handmade and different selection of wines, sparkling wines and champagne (also spirits and beers)

A very nice hotel located in the heart of Palermo. The neighborhood may seem surprising because popular enough. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a balneo bath to recommend! It was a very good base for our arrival in Sicily.

This quality hotel is in the heart of the historic center (a neighborhood which can be confusing at first glance). It is decorated with great taste. The staff is very attentive, and the restaurant offers delicious dishes.
The extras would be put at disposal of the coffee and tea free of charge in the rooms. A variety of dishes at the restaurant and the breakfast would be also nice.

Very good hotel in downtown adjacent to the Ballarò market with a picturesque setting of an ancient Palace. A lot of attention to detail and cleanliness, restaurant of excellent quality in service and in the presentation of the dishes.
