The apartment is beautiful, modern, and very well equipped. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Massimo Theatre. We were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful touches, including complimentary coffee, delicious biscuits, and even slippers. It’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.
Salvo was an exceptional host. Since it was our first time in Palermo, he gave us plenty of helpful advice and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt incredibly comfortable from the very first moment. The location in Palermo is perfect, very central and ideal for exploring the city.
Salvo is an exceptional host, incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready with great tips and recommendations. He truly made our stay in Palermo a special experience and made us feel at home.
The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful, stylishly furnished and exceptionally clean. Everything was perfectly equipped, from the cozy couch and kitchen to the fridge and air conditioning. The beds were especially comfortable, and you can really tell that every detail has been thoughtfully considered.
We felt so comfortable during our stay and honestly wished we could have stayed even longer. It immediately felt like a home away from home.
Breakfast at the café recommended by the host was also amazing.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Palermo and would return anytime. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! :)

Before describing the apartment, I must first give due credit to its owner. Salvo turned out to be an exceptionally kind, helpful, and communicative person. He stayed in touch with us daily — both to offer recommendations and to make sure we had everything we needed. The highlight was one night (after 11:00 p. M.! ) when, even though he was sick himself (! ), he brought medicine to the apartment for my husband, saving us a great deal of hassle and frustration. In short — this is exactly the kind of host you’d want!
As for the apartment: there are several units in the building, but ours had a separate entrance from a side alley, so it was much quieter (in fact, almost completely silent). The building is clean and well maintained; the apartment itself is brand new, tastefully decorated in a minimalist style, and very well equipped. The fridge had bottles of water, there was a coffee and tea corner, and a jar filled with delicious cookies.
Laundry and drying service is available for an additional €15 — a very reasonable price, especially considering that our laundry was returned the same day, dry, neatly folded, and smelling wonderful. The towels were soft (three per person), and the bed linens — well, I’ll just attach a photo of the pillowcase, the kind you only find at Grandma’s house — a touch of nostalgia! The bed was excellent, the duvet was just the right thickness, and the linens, as mentioned, were pure delight.
