Excellent value! Very clean comfortable room with modern bathroom. Very good breakfast with great fresh croissants, donuts, fruit etc. Served good Italian coffee. Extremely friendly staff. Good free parking on the street and directly beside the beautiful old town. Perfect location, perfect accommodation!

The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly.
You just have to know that the location is 15 to 20 min by foot to the center and the neighborhood isn’t tourisit friendly. Otherwise everything ok.

Currently staying there and I really have to think what could I say under category cons, because I can state only pros. Everything is perfect, it's very clean, very cosy, homely and the hosts are super nice. Breakfasts are amazing, location is perfect and overall just great. If I could give more stars, I would. 5/5!

Excellent location near the marina in an apartment building (it took a bit of searching) and the old center of Palermo is on walking distance. Impeccable room, very friendly and helpfull staff. Great service: while we were exploring Palermo we could leave our car at the private parking space one day longer without extra costs. Grazie mille Giulia, please pass on our thanks to your husband and mother as well!

During our road tour we stayed one night at Location10. We had everything we needed: Private parking, great room and fantastic breakfast. I can really recomment this appartement!

Excellent hosts. In a very good location, adjacent to the port. Access to balcony to watch cruise ships come in.
And out of port. Very quiet. Good and easy access to the centre of town (walking distance).
Good selection of continental breakfast including local fresh fruit. Good times for breakfast too, not rushed, plenty of tea and coffee.
Only 4 rooms so don’t feel hemmed in.
Hosts are very personable and took interest in their guests.
Would feel safe here as a lone female traveller.

Attention to details! This place has it all, close to city center, easy safe parking, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, view of cruiseships from great terrace.

We were privileged to meet the owners Guiseppe and Guilia who were absolutely amazing, kind and hospitable. Breakfast was wonderful and they were always helpful. We had a lovely and clean room. Highly recommended this adorable place. Thank you 😊
