We have been "pampered" from the beginning to the end. Kindness, courtesy, availability, and breakfast… so much goodness! Thanks again to Veronica and Vincent.

The b&b the cape's home is a great place to spend a beautiful holiday, very close to the old town. Vincenzo and Veronica are two fabulous people available and sweet! The room where we stayed was always cleaned! and the breakfast was yummy. Especially Veronica's cakes :) Definitely. Kisses Valeria and Luigi.

All the top! Availability and kindness of Vincent priceless… the lemon cake Veronica good! Highly recommended.

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Fantastic location, and the rooms were large and clean. Veronica and Vincenzo are fantastic hosts — they have a huge amount of local knowledge and are willing to sit and make your plans with you every morning. The breakfast every morning included local produce and there was great atmosphere with other guests — including single travelers like me, families and couples.

A short walk from the center, B with great and very nice rooms, the breakfast is divine. The welcome and hospitality of Vincenzo, Emanuela and Veronica was amazing: We were welcomed and led to the parking lot arranged to leave the car, every morning they made me find brioche and biscuits gluten free (there is a shop right under the B), we were advised where to go to eat for lunch and dinner, booked for us and even accompanied to the local.
Priceless!

La Dimora del Capo is the most top B in which I have been, it rests great, the rooms are very very nice and comfortable, I think if I had a kitchen I stayed to live in one of those rooms. The breakfast included, complete with variety and rich. Efficient workers and to finish the "capo", Vincenzo, is very nice and a great person. I will not hesitate to stay there again when I return to Palermo with my friends, or with whomever!

I recommend it to those who want to visit Palermo.
It is situated in a central point and easily accessible.
Although at a central point the rooms are sound proof.
The environments the furnishings etc. Are clean and the staff is very nice, very polite and helpful owner to suggest so disinterested, the nooks where you eat well and you pay more than fair.
The rooms are quite spacious, air conditioned and equipped with a TV.
Breakfast is abbondandissima and full of delicious products.

I stayed at this cosy bed and breakfast last weekend with my family and I was satisfied. The Cape House is a few minutes walk from the Centre of Palermo.
The room clean and well furnished.
Manage Vincenzo really friendly and professional.
Breakfast is tasty and plentiful; a collection of miscellaneous goodness and genuine, surely one that very well presented!

We have a night lived there and made us very comfortable and welcome felt. Vincenzo gave us many great tips given to the city to discover! Thank you! The room had a good size, with air conditioning and a TV — there were even 2 DVD's — Rainman and Pulp Fiction! Nice Idea The bed was very good! Not too hard and not too soft! The B&B is located directly in the street, but at night is not so much traffic, so that you can sleep well. If we the next Time in Palermo we come back to La Dimora del Capo! A clean place, quiet, fresh, welcoming and relaxing downtown for a very affordable price. Comfortable and very spacious room with AC, pleasure to find lingerie to toilet perfect with a bathrobe to the personal bathroom opposite the room.
A very friendly host giving good information tourist and ready to serve. I enjoyed my short stay in Palermo and I definitely recommend La Dimora del Capo.
