Guests receive a video instruction on check-in, and check-in can be done through an automated system with access codes sent via email. The main advantage of the hotel is the wonderful rooftop terrace with an atmosphere overlooking the roofs of Palermo, with a large outdoor bathtub. Guests also mention beautiful interior courtyards with artistic decoration. Some rooms have air conditioning, which is important in the hot climate of the city.
