The hotel is in a very good place next to teatro Massimo and close to the historical center of Palermo. I think they should focus more on quality and not variety in the breakfast. Also I find it weird that they do "siesta" while you try to check in 💀. Overall great experience, would recommend 7/10

The location was ideal and easy to reach from the airport and to walk to the centre. The rooms were spacious and bright, the beds very comfortable and everything tidy. Communication was also excellent.
The staff was considerate and the service provided, including local recommendations, breakfast buffet and room tidying, was excellent and far beyond what we expected for the price. Great value for money.
