I absolutely recommend it! it is a perfect trinomial between a lovely place, the girls at the reception gorgeous and the owners wonderful people!

I highly recommend the structure! Very welcoming, clean, quiet and very friendly staff. I recommend it to those like me who stay for work, but also for holidays. Only discomfort… the restaurant service with hot meals, works only in the summer months and from September dinner is only with cold dishes. I believe that for a structure like this, it is a fundamental service, especially for those like me, who arrived at the hotel, have no intention or desire to take the car back to go to dinner, especially after having tried your dishes several times. I recommend that we resolve this as soon as possible, apart from everything else I ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent 2 nights in the hotel in June 2019. It is a perfect accomodation for those who prefer modern, clean and peaceful rooms. The parking is free, the historical downtown is easly accessible by bus. The nearby PizziCotto Restaurant is perfect for dinner. The breakfast is good. The staff is helpful és friendly. I highly recommend the hotel for romantic, business and family trips as well.

A hotel that looks more like a quiet residence, with apartments placed around a beautiful garden where you can also sunbathe. It looks like a small oase in the city. Great and hearty breakfast. Convenient in the car, as it also has a large reserved parking space. A little less comfortable to reach by public transport.

TOP structure. Breakfast rich, of all kinds of treats, and with professional manager and with strong customer orientation. Professional and hospitable staff, large, comfortable and clean rooms. Strategic location, baricentric and surrounded by greenery. A real pleasure to stay here. We will definitely be back. I recommend it to everyone.

We spent a night in this delightful hotel/residence at a concert in Palermo. Exceptional price quality! Hotel held very well, modern and comfortable rooms, friendly and prepared staff. Breakfast is super plentiful and varied. A pleasant find, we were drawn to the inviting price and will be back for sure.

I stayed with my sports group in this hotel for 4 days. Great location compared to sports facilities, great location because of the services surrounding the hotel. We have always walked to several restaurants in the area, of all kinds, and there are numerous services. The availability of the hotel staff has always been maximum, as has courtesy. Breakfast was good, enriched by some Sicilian specialties prepared by the hotel staff… Baked cassata absolutely to try. Nice outdoor garden where you can take aperitifs and various snacks, always very rich and well made. Silent hotel, large rooms, excellent level of general cleanliness and daily change of used wipes. Recommended if you are in the area.

Ok it's not the Ritz. Typical hotel room from the 1960's. Big courtyard, palm trees. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Location in a residential neighborhood with lots of local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto comoda a circa 6 km da mondello circa 3 dal centro e praticamente a due passi dallo stadio Renzo Barbera. L'hotel é molto carino con il giardino al centro e le officine baronali accanto. Le stanze sono essenziali e funzionali con il bancolcino. Le migliori certamente sono quelle che danno sul giardino e non quelle che danno nel retro con vista condomini. La colazione é molto buona e curata nella disposizione. Un posto che consiglierei a tutti dal turista al residente stesso con qualità/prezzo ottima.

I stayed in the baronial part of the rooms. Spacious, modern, comfortable rooms. Good sleep quality. Very clean rooms. Perhaps to improve the breakfast a little, not so much for the products but for the room is the cleaning of the tables between one customer and the other.

The staff are very friendly. In the room that was assigned to me they used a modern style that I sincerely appreciated. As a coeliac, I also had my own reserved foods during breakfast.

Unlikely Gem. Looks unpromising but once inside it's beautiful. Big private carpark, beautiful gardens set around a baronial hall. Excellent restaurant and superb breakfast. Rooms vary from luxury to modern and functional but all with garden views. Nice bar/lounge and smiles from the reception girls. Extremely good value for the price. Would stay here again.

Beautiful location for a true Sicilian experience. The breakfast is amazing, especially if you are looking to taste real Italian (or french), homemade pastry. The rooms are comfy, but I wouldn't recommend leaving valuables in the room.

Nice place, intimate and reserved. I liked the room located on the ground floor and separated from the main accommodation, it is an ancient baronial residence. The bathroom is large with a large shower cubicle, modern furnishings, a little uncomfortable the shelves at knee level. Clean room. Helpful staff.

Superior Hotel to the average one of three stars, courteous staff, well-appointed rooms, breakfast buffet with quality products. Only flaw the entrance door of the room, which at night lets pass the light of the landing and especially drafty that can be icy.

Quiet place, some things to review in the maintenance of fixtures. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
In the breakfast there are local Sicilian sweets.

Do not stay at this hotel unless… you want a hotel without Wi-Fi. You want to walk 20 minutes to the nearest bus on a main road with no pavement. The hotel is 5km from anywhere! You want to call reception to let you out of your room because the locks are faulty. You want to stay somewhere grubby and run down. It does not look like the photos. You want a safe that does not work. From other reviews this sounds a necessity. We carried our money and passports on us at all times because of this. You don't want to sleep. The hotel is in-between a wedding venue and an outside music venue with high rise flats on the other two sides. You want to be treated like an idiot for raising any of these problems with the management. The general attitude and apathy of the staff was terrible but I suspect the continual repeated complaints from guests with the same issues is the cause of this. I am well travelled and stay in a range of accommodation. My expectations are not over the top and I am not inclined to write reviews but my experience was SO poor I am compelled to do so in the hope of preventing others from having such terrible time. Indeed if they were able to rectify some of the problems and didn't just lie to my face I would not be writing this review. Palermo is a beautiful city and there is plenty of accommodation actually in the city which I would encourage you to book rather than this shambles of a hotel.

The maids are thieves, hotel staff doesn't really help its customers about it. The hotel layout is complicated and the rooms are crowded.

Rather peripheral than the center, but if you are car-armed it is not a problem. We have stayed in the superior rooms, modernized with simplicity and taste. The superior rooms are in a building apart, so there is a way to go outdoors from the reception. This can be a problem in the cold winter days (which in Palermo are few anyway). Good breakfast As a whole, great value for money!

This was not the best looking room. My very tired 7 year old started crying when we came into our room. And I felt pretty much the same thing. But after removing everything red from the beds it felt better. However, after our 11 day stay. I felt the room didn't matter much. I liked that it was outside the central town and close to a perfect beach. Staff was nice. Nice pizza place real close. Nice ice cream / coffee place even closer. I will come back, Palermo.

Offers the usual comf at a hotel, combined with a large socializzabile garden, an entire building devoted to breakfast and brunch.
There is also the possibility of organizing congresses, I have glimpsed one outdoors, with aperitifs and whatnot, very interesting.
