I stayed there for 5 nights, it was a nightmare, completely dirty, filthy, I mentioned this to Mr. Maurizio? Giovanni? I still have to figure out his real name, dishcloths in the kitchen that smelled, potholders with food stuck and dried on them, greasy kitchen, dust everywhere, and I understood that he takes care of the cleaning himself, highly inadvisable, I even have photos of the mess I found I had to clean everything to be able to stay in there, I was able to see that the owner had left us a small table next to the sofa made with two plastic crates joined together wrapped with a plastic sheet and a board as a shelf, that says it all, I was speechless, help!

We stayed at this B&B, and I have to say it was really dirty and uncomfortable. When you leave, you run the risk of Mr. Maurizio/Giovanni/Tiziano—we don't know his real name—checking the house. He even turned off our boiler, which resulted in my daughter taking a cold shower. He also tried to blame us for the greed, trying to get more money from us. The welcome was terrible, the kitchen was dirty, and the bathroom was terrible. In our opinion, he's a greedy guy. We wouldn't recommend this place.

Terrible. The owner was rude and unfriendly. He accused us of breaking things that didn't work, and to shut him up, I even sent him the money via Postepay. Not satisfied, he accused us of stealing his information to top up his credit.

The location is convenient for walking, but otherwise, it's nothing special. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The apartment was functional, but the furniture was quite worn. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the mattress was very old. In short, I wouldn't recommend it.

The owner is very kind and helpful, and it's located in an area of ​​Palermo that's within walking distance of the historic center and the port. The only downside is the shower in the room we stayed in.
