Very confortable, modern and clean room. VERY close to the city center, Teatro Massimo and Capo market, great wine bars and restaurants close by. Marco, the host is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are on the second floor and there's an elevator if needed. Breakfast is included but I didn't exoect to have two fresh 'croissants' every morning! (one filled with pistachio cream, a specialty here). Would come back any time, and hope to do so soon as Palermo has so much to offer!

The hotel is wonderful — the location is excellent, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized.
The only downside was that one of the male staff members asked us several times (around five) when exactly we would be checking out. On the day of departure, he asked again — twice — when we were planning to leave.
We understand that this might be normal in Italian hospitality, but as guests, we are aware of the check-out time and would have appreciated a bit more space without being reminded repeatedly. It created a slight sense of pressure and left us with a bit of discomfort on an otherwise very pleasant stay.
Overall, we had a great experience, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. This is simply a small point of feedback that we hope can be helpful.
