Unfortunately, a terrible experience not to be repeated! One morning, after leaving the specially locked room, I realized upon returning that my Narciso Rodriguez perfume, which had been kept inside the suitcase, had disappeared… Reporting what had happened to me regretfully and even embittered, the owner told me that the key Only she and the cleaning lady who cleans the room every day have it, and with a careless attitude she asserts that I obviously cannot prove that what happened to me was true and that it was my word against theirs by not showing themselves in the slightest. Willing to compensate me, I won't say the perfume but at least one night since a very serious thing happened anyway that had never happened to me in any structure I stayed in… so I advise you if you go here not to leave anything expensive or objects nor clothing as the regulation says that they are not responsible for any thefts!

Terrible experience. Booking for four nights. Reception by telephone only. Found a room other than the one agreed upon, i. E. With a double bed instead of separate beds. Forced to adapt for that evening — it was already late afternoon — with a promise to change the next day. Tiny room definitely smaller than the legal size, Lilliputian shower, no type of support surface. The next day we visit the room we should have gone to and we see that it is even smaller than the previous one and has invisibility characteristics. At that point we decide to stay in the one with the single bed but the owner, again by phone, tells us that she had already sold it to someone else and that we could leave and she would reimburse us for the remaining three nights. Exasperated we leave but the owner denies having promised us a refund of the amount not used (the amount relating to the three nights obviously paid in advance) offering to recover only the tourist tax (€12). And so he did despite the useless complaints. Tones always rude and final. Fortunately our relatives on site helped us find another accommodation otherwise it would have been a nightmare, in addition to the economic damage. Even taking into account the fact that my sister and I are over eighty!
