Excellent location in the center of Palermo, a wonderful building, the rooms with frescoes make you think of being in a nice hotel, top breakfast, kindness and courtesy were not lacking. I highly recommend it.
➜ The site is not bad but we feel cheated. They told us that one of the two days, breakfast had to be in a seedy bar about 700m from the place. We accepted it because August 15 was a holiday, but on the 16th they didn't give us breakfast at the hotel either. That's called cheating.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to everything so enjoyed walking around Palermo. Very nice staff, clean rooms and nice main area. The lack of hot water was the reason for the 4 stars. They were always fast to respond to any concerns but did not get the hot water working before we left.
