B&B Malvasia

We had a very pleasant stay at the property.
The room was clean and nicely furnished for the price, although rather old-fashioned. The location is very central, so everything can be reached on foot. You can hear the honking of traffic, even though the accommodation is located on a less frequented side street.
Our hosts were very accommodating and welcomed us despite our late arrival. They served really excellent breakfast every day at a time we requested. They gave us tips and suggestions about the city.
Overall, it was a very nice stay that is particularly recommended because of the price-performance ratio.

The room is very clean. Quartro quanti, three major market (de capo, vuccheria, maballo) and various chepels are near you if you stay here. (Very near the VIA ROMA)
The most important thing is you can have the warmest welcome from Marco and his family.
He really take good care for my family. So It was wonderful experience during stay in palermo.

It's the perfect location to explore the many sights, narrow streets, markets and restaurants of the old city.
Antonio and Giovanna are great hosts, the breakfast is very good and beyond the usual italian breakfast.
The room was big and clean, the bath newly made and the street very quiet at night.

I stayed 3 nights. The location is optimal because it is located between via Maqueda and via Roma. From here you are in the center in just a few minutes on foot. The train station can also be reached on foot in 6/7 minutes. As well as the shuttle stop for the airport in Via Roma / Rinascente. The room is spacious and very clean. There is a common kitchen where you can have breakfast and where there is a fridge for storing drinks and a machine for making coffee with pods. It is located on the second floor of a historic building, in what was the Jewish quarter. The breakfast is excellent. The owners were very kind in accommodating my dietary needs due to lactose intolerance. Furthermore, they left the room for me even after the check-out time, allowing me to freshen up after the visit to Monreale and before going to the airport. The owners: Antonio, Giovanna and their little daughter Bianca are truly delightful people, with whom it is also pleasant to have a chat. Really a nice environment. Highly recommended.

There were four of us and we stayed 5 days for work reasons. Giovanna and Antonio welcomed us into their brand new B&B located in the center of Palermo, a few steps from the main attractions! Neat and clean environments. We had breakfast available every day and the owners always made sure nothing was missing. Coming back to the B&B after a long day was always a pleasure. I highly recommend it for family travelers, couples and for those like us who stay for work! If I return to Palermo this is the place where I will definitely stay! Thanks for the welcome.
P. S. The best was the Smart TV connected to the internet and Netflix!
