Beautiful room in a delightful characterful building. Close to the city centre and attractions but away from the tourist hassle. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars in the vicinity too. Very nice breakfast with a good variety of products. Andrea is a charming and helpful host. Staying here has, without question, enhanced the enjoyment of my stay in Palermo.

The house is in a perfect location. Central enough to reach the main site walking, but equally in a very tranquil neighbourhood of Palermo.
The rooms are stunning. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless clean.
Andrea is a very helpful and welcoming with his guests. 5 star stay! Recommend this place.

Very comfortable rooms in an elegant building located in a nice area of Palermo. The fact that the bathroom is not directly connected to the room is not a problem at all. Breakfast is very good. People are very nice and helpful. Beds could be bigger — I am 193cm and the beds were 190cm long. Typical in Southern Europe but still annoying :)

The people managing and working at this place were extremely rude. They double booked our room and refused to give the our money back.
As a suggestion… there is a beautiful new NH Hotel just a couple blocks away with really good service, a great breakfast, and really well located :)

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Palermo. The building is authentic and full of character, with the added convenience of an elevator — a big plus! It's centrally located, just around the corner from the main shopping street and very close to the bus stop for the airport, which made everything super easy.
The apartment was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and even though the bathroom was separate, it was right next to our room and not a problem at all — especially with the cozy bathrobes provided.
Mario, the host, was extremely friendly and always available. He kindly let us store our luggage after checkout, which was really appreciated. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Palermo!

It’s my second time in Palermo and I had decided to go back to casa Mo since last time I found it adorable … the building is beautiful and well preserved. Ceilings amazing and nicely decorated. The venue is magical. Andrea is a very lovely person that goes above and beyond to help. Location is perfect for city break. Nearby lovely bars and restaurants and a super market if needed.

This place is impeccably clean! The breakfast was excellent, the service was lovely, and the location is perfect if you don’t want to stay right in the thick of the more touristy areas. You can still walk to all the main “sights” in 10-15 minutes but the neighborhood has a more local feel and is full of good cafes and bars. The airport bus also stops just down the street (a 5 minute walk) so it was super easy to access. Highly recommend!

Casa Mo is a charming bed and breakfast, well placed for everything you might want to do in Palermo. A tasteful mix of old and new, it feels clean and fresh. Andrea is friendly and welcoming and happy to share his extensive knowledge of Palermo and Sicily with guests. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, Wi-Fi works perfectly. In easy walking distance of the historic centre of Palermo as well as shops. Mary and Nadia.

Andrea was a great host. Casa Mo is on a nice quiet street 5 minutes walk from a bus stop for the airport bus and also only 10 minutes walk from the historical centre.

The place is nice and breakfast was good. But the service was unbelievably horrible!
I thought I booked a hotel but didn’t realize it’s a b&b. They messaged me on what’s app asking about checkin time. We were not sure at the time and I put in a random time and my phone died. I guess the staff was frustrated they waited for us and he wasn’t helpful at all. I asked about parking. He didn’t give us the details and asked us to park in a garage which we ended up paying for 25 euro for the night (while he told us later that we could park on the street for free. Another b&b we stayed in Catania, the staff found a parking spot for us before our arrival and stood there and waited for us. I was angrier after seeing the difference).
We were really disappointed at Palermo. It’s a dirty messy city and we could have booked something outside the city, but we ended up driving half hour back to the center and having to pay 25 euro for parking?
Plus, somehow booking. Com automatically booked the room for one guest, while I definitely searched for 2. So they charged 20 euro for the second guest… while it’s something pretty sneaky, because normally the hotel rooms are for 2 people.
I left a review on booking. Com and the staff messaged me on what’s app and saying very mean things… this is customer service? how can this kind of business survive?!
We ended up paying extra more than half of the price of the stay. Please don’t bother, book an actual hotel somewhere else with the same price.

We spent a few nights in this delightful property in March. It is in a quiet safe neighbourhood within east walking distance of the centre. It’s a beautiful building with period decoration and modern conveniences. Andrea the owner was helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Very friendly host. We booked the late check-in and everything went smoothly.
Andrea sent us before a message with all necessary info like check in/out times, online check-in (definitely recommended when you arrive late) some restaurants, etc.
The hotel itself is very nice restored, rooms are individual and clean.

We recently stayed at Casa Mo for 4 nights while visiting Palermo and its surroundings. The B&B is very central and in a very nice and safe neighbourhood. It was easy to get from and to the airport with the shuttle bus, and to visit the city by foot.
Andrea, the Director, was kind enough to wait for us on our first night and to allow us to check-in late (around 11pm). We had to pay an additional fee for the late check-in, but that wasn't an issue for us as we were told in advance. Breakfast was great and our room was really comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Mo and will definitely go back there if we are in Palermo again. Thank you!

One of the biggest treats in our travels in Sicily, Beautifully renovated, spotless, fantastic location, wonderful breakfast prepared by the extraordinary attentive host. Easy access to the old town and the major shopping street, as well as authentic restaurants Andrea recommended. We also highly recommend Casa Mo in the cold season, since, unlike many accommodations, it is comfortable warm with central heating.
Casa Mo was a real diamond of our trip!
