B&B Camelot

We had a booking at b&b Camelot Palermo for 6 nights. The staff stole from out room the following: — 1x silver ring with a black stone — 1x iPhone charger — 1x pair of sneakersThese objects never left the room (except for the sneakers, which I wore once), and they sistematically disappeared. When confronting the staff, they assured us that nobody else have the key to our room, and a few minutes later, they said that room service comes and cleans our room on a daily basis. Besides that, there were also other issues: — the kitchen is full of cockroaches and it doesn't seem to bother the staff, which is doing their daily routines like they aren't there — the fridge is filthy — the milk and the juices which are served for the breakfast are kept on top of the fridge, in temperatures of 35°C-40°C — our room has been cleaned only in the first 2 days, after that they just started stealing small items, on a daily basis, without cleaning the room, to not raise suspicion that someone was in our room in that day (we did the cleaning ourselves: taking out the trash, washing the floor, etc) — breakfast is really bad, during breakfast time the youghurts and juices are kept in the sun, the food feels old or expired, and there's almost nothing to eat except crackers and sweets. We just want to make sure that every person who wants to book a room there, know these things.

Very small bathroom, poorly organized, no reception, delay for breakfast from 8:30 arrived at 10, towels missing … we had to go and pick them up from the drying rack.
