B&b Ballarattik

Wonderful BnB. The host is incredibly nice and forthcoming. I also loved the view from our room, which showed us the old part of the city. The elevator was really helpful to get to the sixth floor. The breakfast was nice, but not all of the breakfast dishes are set out at 8 o'clock sharp.

The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and had everything I needed. The location is perfect, right by a lively market and within walking distance of major sights. The mornings can get a bit loud because of the market though.
The BnB is on the top floor, offering stunning views of the city from the room and balcony, where breakfast is served. The elevator was a big help for getting luggage up.
Just a heads-up: call ahead before you want to check-in, maybe an hour or so in advance.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely return!

A wonderful attic with a balcony showing an astonishing view of Palermo. Rosario e Caterina were very kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city and Sicily in general. The room with the private bathroom was big, clean and well designed. Everything was stylistically coherent and welcoming.
We had a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back!

Do not book! Worst experience ever. After a 24 h train ride, pregnant and tired we arrived to the b&b where we booked and got the check in time confirmed by the owner. They let us know that the room wasn’t ready and we agreed to go out for breakfast in the meantime. Before we could even leave, the owner started fighting with me about my alleged attitude when I tried to explain im just pregnant and tired. His wife came in out the blue telling me im not the only pregnant women in the world and that I need to “behave”. He then proceeded to chase me out to the elevator, shouting and screaming at me, making racist remarks because “his house, his rules”. We basically got attacked and threatened at this place. Ive never felt so violated before. Be safe!

Rosario and Caterina were absolutely great. Lot of information, help with parking… Super nice and clean rooms. Balcony and terrace were amazing. Views from there are stunning, specially rooftops and Ballaro market (if I could, I'd buy immediately this property from them).
As we were commenting, we couldn't have more Palermo experience than this.

Great rooms, comfortables and clean, in the special attic apartment in the heart of the lively Ballarò. The view and the atmosphere are just great: the right place to enjoy the wonderful city of Palermo.

Close to central bus station and market. Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent customer service. Owners speak English. Beautiful views. Strong Wi-Fi. Refreshing shower!

The owners Ros and his wife were amazing. They made us feel very comfortable and went out of their way to help us with all of our questions and needs. Their level of English is very good. Perfect location overlooking the Ballaro market and a stunning city view from the balcony.

Great place to stay while discovering Palermo. Ross was very friendly and helpful, always there if you need him. Room was comfortable and the bathroom was just beautiful. Everything very clean. The view from the window and balcony was just breathtaking. Totally recommend this place!
