Cinzia is very kind and you can see that she likes her job. Inside there are several rooms between outside and inside and the private room with bathroom is well looked after and very clean. Unfortunately, last night the air conditioner was turned off remotely and unfortunately I can't do more for the review. Quiet and convenient place to visit and stay near Palermo city.
I advise Cinzia to dedicate common spaces as well as outdoors in order to accommodate tourists who spend days at the beach and need a washing machine and a drying rack for common use for the structure. However, the host's courtesy reigns supreme, even though we only stayed for two nights, he cleaned the towels every day and made sure the room was tidy.
➜ I stayed with my girlfriend through a Wonderbox package at the b&b managed by Mrs Cinzia who was very kind, friendly and helpful.
A very satisfying experience with very clean, fragrant and tidy rooms and services, it has an internal common room where you can eat and two outdoor rooms. The structure is located 5 minutes from the bus and train station and 10 minutes from the main street of the historic center of Palermo (via Maqueda).
I highly recommend it!

My girlfriend and I spent two nights in the BnB. The entire property is impeccably clean and perfectly furnished. The owner was available beyond all expectations: our flight landed in Palermo at 11.30am and she was available to wait for us until 1am; when the flight was two hours late he had no problem waiting for us until after 3.
The location is very good, 10 minutes from the center.
The price was very modest and in any case low compared to the quality of the stay, the service offered and the aesthetics of the premises.
Extremely recommended.
