Good place, helpful staff. Free parking (you have to enter from the back). The neighborhood is not so safe at night.

Nice place, helpful people. Comfort room. Little off Central part of the city but with bus very close.

I was very unhappy with the way they handled my reservation.
I booked two rooms and sent the credit card, to guarantee.
A mail was followed in which they asked to reinsert the credit card.
The mail ended in spam and them instead of calling me, by phone, to understand what happened;
They canceled two reservations, out of office, leaving me without rooms.
Humanitite and friendliness of zero.

Good hotel with rooms of different sizes many of which very spacious and pleasing for furnishings. Very friendly and helpful staff Hotel is about 1km walk from the center. The hotel has a private car park with a capacity of about 20 cars.

Hotel not far from Piazza Politeama where you come with a walk in front of the shops of the big brands. Nice! Then the beds are very comfy although the rooms are not very luxurious. Breakfast very simple both sweet and savory and with the service also in the room. But the whole thing is embellished by the staff who is always available at any time and for whatever reason. Really great for a small hotel! Not to mention the parking available at any time of day and night, which in Palermo makes just the difference! Definitely very good!

Nice staff and spacious rooms some of them with loft and furnished in an original way.
Not always the rooms are practical and comfortable but it is the location turns out to be good but better if it is a means of locomotion to move.
Present the parking lot of the hotel to be exploited to the maximum also because after a certain hour the area is teeming with abusive valet parking and there is difficulty in entering the same car park of the hotel.
Appropriate prices better if you take advantage of seasonal offers on the Internet.

Great hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Really good for staying in Palermo. It is located outside the centre but u can reach it in 15m walk. Definitely I would go back.

A wonderful hotel and in a wonderful even staff, who make you feel at home, comfortable and well taken care of.

Went for our anniversary, paid extra to stay in the room with the terrace overlooking the church (in all the photos) but unfortunately, when we arrived there was building work going on directly outside the room so we could not use the terrace. We were not informed or offered a different room, on the first day we arrived late and the building work stopped within an hour but the following morning we were woken at 7am by banging and drilling. We complained to the manager who apologised but when we suggested that we were not happy paying the extra, all of a sudden he was unable to do anything and would have to contact the owner who was not around. Checked a couple of times that day, still no owner. We were checking out the next morning, when we came to reception another lady was working. She had not been told of the problem, was very embarrassed but could not do anything either. Again the owner was 'unavailable'. Have chased this up but no response from owner or manager. Very disappointed — happy to take your money but not to deal with any problems.

We stayed at the Ucciardhome for the final part of our honeymoon: we were very well received and followed by staff even when we had to stop for 2 days longer due to blockage of air traffic. The room was very nice with excellent finishes and silent, ideal for recovering after a day around the Centre of Palermo. We asked for extra services that we have been provided at no extra charge. The only con is that caters primarily to business clientele so the staff, very nice and polite, is poorly prepared on sights of Palermo.
