Hotel

It is a hotel that is partly renovated in the IBIS style but the rooms are old-fashioned because they remain those of the previous hotel.
Breakfast discreet, I took an aperitif that they accompanied me only with chips and peanuts, a bit poor compared to the price.
For one night and for work reasons it's fine.
The terrace on the 7th floor from the harbour. If there is not some departing ship that fills you with smoke it offers a nice view.

Good staff at the reception, who knows how to speak several languages. Welcome drinks offered (but the bar is a bit hard to find).
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom (Italian shower). Modern style. Close to the historical heart but very noisy! (Boats, ports, cars: horns and sirens)
As for the breakfast, the buffet is varied and hearty. On the other hand, the evening buffet is of very average quality, with a choice of dishes little varied, too expensive (18 euros).
The free parking available is fine!

Nice enough hotel in a good location, only a few min walk to the centre, with beautiful views of the harbour. Staff vere very nice and professional. Good internet connection. The rooms are spacious and comfortable though the decor is a bit 70'-80's. Breakfast not bad either.

Hotel located in front of the port of Palermo… Furnished in a modern and informal way, with nice and spacious rooms. It has a restaurant on the terrace, the top floor, where you can enjoy the sea from dinner. Deserves all 4 stars.

Average small room, the bathroom is of another age and the air conditioning A priori all the rooms are not like that.
We had no luck.

Decor is dated as are the amenities. Food is good although the arrangements at breakfast are a bit chaotic. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

In a great location to visit Palermo, very comfortable and spacious room, unfortunately someone had damaged the magnifying mirror even to bend the steel structure of an armchair, but it can happen anywhere. Beautiful terrace where breakfast is served and where to relax in the bar after 17, 00 and dine in the evening. Professional and very helpful staff.

Central and recently refurbished has a perfect conference room and a great buffet service. Too bad for the parking a bit pricey but still indispensable. Penalized by the many works going on throughout the surrounding area.

Basic facilities and rooms however it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plenty and included in the price. Quite centrally located in Palermo and opposite the port which was lovely to look at on the terrace at breakfast. The road outside was very noisy but this didn't really stop us sleeping. Receptionists very helpful and provided us with a map of the area. Had a lovely time.

Very friendly staff, centrally with parking, restaurant did not meet our expectations (fish dry and rubbery, meat was off) Unfortunately the Syphon in the bathroom loudly was coughing at night and gave off very unpleasant odors. (Room 116)

Hotel used in our stay in Palermo for a short holiday of a few days in September 2017.
Structure with several well structured rooms and on floors.
Hotel located in front of the harbor with a great view of the sea, the only flaw in the traffic noise but almost zeroed from the double glazed windows.
Nice and spacious lobby with Wi-Fi room behind. The restaurant/bar on the top floor of the building is also excellent.
Parking located at the back of the hotel, not very large but with access delimited by a Stanga controlled automatically in entry and exit from the coin provided by the reception staff.
Logistically convenient structure to visit the city… The center is about a kilometer but walking is reached in a quarter of an hour of walk to quiet pace.
Prices in the average of hotels of a certain level of Palermo.

In a dodgy area opposite the port. Ok for one night if you are are leaving from there. Bed too hard for my liking. No air conditioning on as winter so we sweltered and resorted to opening the window which of course made it very noisy. Staff were nice and friendly.

When we go on holiday we always try to book in an Ibis hotel, as they are almost always in the centre or nearby. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and breakfast is delicious and extensive. Always Ibis.

Everything is perfect! Very clean and modern rooms. Delicious breakfast with a variety of food hallucinating. Quick Check in and friendly and professional staff.

Very good place, very comfortable. You can go to the centre of town from here. When you want to see Palermo and sleep in comfort place go there.

The hole mirrors the typical Ibis style, instead the rooms have old furnishings that are certainly derived from an old management, however, as opposed to other hotels, in the rooms there is a kettle for tea and coffee. The breakfast is of a good quality but being served on the top floor you enjoy a nice view.

Very nice view from the restaurant! Rooms are clean but as for me I don't like tile on the floor, I like carpeting.

Our room was very old. The bathroom window had a cm gap all along. I had to put some tape on (lucky I had it on me for other reasons) to block the wind. No toys in the kids area, when asked where they were they said they got stolen. Dinner appalling and very pricey for what you actually get. Location good. View from terrace good.

Modern hotel overlooking the harbour. Convenient location to visit the city center. The superior room is really spacious with two ample double beds and a very large bathroom. Maintenance passable, excellent cleanliness. Great service. The buffet on the terrace very nice as location but not up to the height for dinner.

Very nice Hotel big rooms friendly People, good breakfast, secure parking.

It is a good location to visit the historical centre of Palermo (for example it is a 15 minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo), in front of the port (so ideal even if you have to embark for some island) with a free parking for guests with op ERAs of street art on the walls (meritorious the entire operation that also embellishes the area! ). The design is young and modern, the rooms are furnished with simplicity and taste. The sanitary ware are new and great is also the cleanliness. I would suggest to offer however the kit creme (maybe some Sicilian product) : Sometimes it happens to forget them or not to be able to carry them if you travel by plane. Small attentions that are certainly pleasing to everyone. Excellent and varied is also the breakfast that is served on the top floor where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city. Professionalism and kindness is the other element that characterizes the reception.

Very nice Hotel.
We stayed one night at the Ibis Styles Palermo, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, the receptionist speaks very good French, which is an asset when you want to visit, lunch or dinner, the restaurants indicated by the hotel are Positive. The room is large but a small refreshment would be an added bonus as well as for the bathroom, all being very clean, nothing to complain about. The room overlooked the harbor, but very good soundproofing. The hotel is very well located to make the tours of Palermo on foot. The breakfast is plentiful and served on the 7th floor with a large terrace overlooking the harbor and the sea.

Friendly staff, modern style Hotel, hearty breakfast.
Unfortunately it was not very clean the room and the windows are so thin that in the morning you only hear the honking from the street. Practically at six, they wake you up. Probably the misfortune of having a harbour view room.
I would not go back.

Very average. Room on the barracks in sheet metal. Buffet poorly organized, especially coffee vending machines, hot water… for breakfast! Not enough in number & located at one end of a room all in length.

Tourist trap… From outside, the internet and the lobby it seems to be a modern hotel, but the reality it's much different. Old, pretty old rooms. At least it's clean. The restaurant it's a joke. The pasta was undercooked (not al dente), the side dishes were not existent and the main dish was meat… or. Meat! Plastic chairs, table service to the minimum. The room AC didn't work… even after setting it to 1°C… LoL! It's really a depressing hotel. The views are to the industrial harbour or slum… nice! The façade of the building is also deteriorated. They were supposed to have renovated everything till January 2015… but it seems it never happened. The pictures on the internet (the good ones! ) are from the renovation project. If you can… look elsewhere!

Next to the modern decor port and panoramic bar view, everything is in the title, with recess in addition to the rooms an Italian bouquet of bloated chains. Nice room When the hotel is full living the stairs the small elevators are not compatible with the big suitcases breakfast at the panoramic restaurant beautiful view of the harbor. Very good Wi-Fi allows to follow in French the 20h news and not in Italian + 300 channels but not much international nor CNN BBC. F 24 en 581
Buffet dinner at the panoramic restaurant very decent. Attention in period tourist Hotel home groups that can be noisy.

Ok basic hotel. Small rooms. Best feature of this hotel is the staff.

The two hostesses spoke French, very practical. Hotel very well, in the vein of all the Ibis of the world. But that's what we come up with anyway.

Comfortable room bit small friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is situated in the harbour area. Not to far from city center. The room was great (was a suit). The breakfast is good. The receptionist were very professional and suggested a very good restaurant (Mudù)

Very pleasant staff. Especially the Russian-speaking girls at the reсeption — very helpful. All issues were solved very quick. Positive emotions about hotel at all. Location is not far of the center of Palermo and historical places. A very nice view from breakfast zone.

Pleasant enough. As you would expect from an Ibis — clean, comfortable… soulless. Fantastic 'all you can eat' breakfast… saved a fortune on food by stuffing my face in the morning :)

I only visited the Conference room, spacious, but very long, from middle Hall was difficult to read the slides projected.

Clean rooms, 2 steps away from the port, it is recommended for those who must pay a visit to Palermo, great place to move to Center and well served by Bus!

Restored now became IBIS. Not expensive. Available conference low daily budget.

Staying at this hotel in mid November and I was divinely, especially because of the staff absolutely fantastic, from the ladies at reception and very nice gentleman bartender at clerk maintenance that I have made my sad personal visit to Palermo a little more bearable and however they did return smile with their hospitality and kindness and their great help in finding an Octopus alive:-) ), the thing for which I thank with all my heart. Clean rooms, nice breakfast and selection. In this hotel again any time, because I felt so good here.
