Super hotel welcome and service. Good situation. A must-see.

I read the reviews all OK, but it's not so, small, it smells like mold both at the entrance and in the rooms. In the room capers who gave me also lacked the mirror in the room if you had to watch you had to mirror in the bathroom where there was a small mirror over the washbasin. Next to the bedside tables no grip to put in charge the phones other than 3 star disappointment under all fronts, to forgot, the beautiful photos of the terrace that show with candles and tablecloths do not exist in their place dirty squalid tables with relative Chairs really disappointing!

Nice staff and nice rooms. Too bad for the heating which did not work well.

The highlight is the location, really central. Excellent cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, comfortable and air conditioned rooms. In short, everything is perfect. Only the breakfast is reveable, although still good.

Very nice and clean Hotel. The owners are very nice. The breakfast is good and the room large and new. You just have to know that you only get to walk through some stairways, but the place deserves it!

Excellent location from which to explore the area. We stayed for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed absorbing the local environment. Too many people stay just one night and regret not staying longer. Modica's steep and narrow streets and many flights of steps are not for the faint-hearted, but the views from the top are well worth the climb. Let's Magnolia has its own roof terrace with great views of the town and its many churches.

It is a wonderful place. I'm in love with all of the location and of the room to the Street. Friendly and helpful Staff, very generous breakfast, friendly staff.

A very quite hotel with a very nice room. Breakfast is limited. On the whole good but I was asked to pay a bit more.

I will return in the same room. The Calle and I'll definitely be overlooking on the beautiful terrace with view on the beautiful church of St. Peter and Paul.

Small and charming, located in an enchanting position, x view, the only handicap the climb x to get there, especially with suitcases.

Simple, elegant hotel. The secluded and less busy main Street makes a good point of reference for those who want to relax. Comfortable, spacious and welcoming, but clean.

Stylish hotel in the middle of Sicily!? This is *the* place to stay for a respite from most Italian hotel-ries. Modern rooms with clean lines.

The hotel has an understated elegance that leaves admired: luckily it is on a narrow lane almost inaccessible to cars, so it's quiet and the lack of the garage keeps the exhaust pipes of cars. We arrived (with a little out of breath, it's true), but make sure that it was worth it. Great value for money. Maria Speranza Maurizio Perna and home.
