Located very well, right in front of the embarkations for the smaller islands, the hotel boasts excellent service, with great attention to any guest need.
The rooms are large and modern.
The breakfast varies and great.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip of about 9 days. My biggest fear was inadequate management of the "Covid" situation. But I immediately had the opportunity to reassure myself about it, considering that I have never seen the staff without a mask and that they took care, exclusively, to "pick up from the buffet" as much as we liked for breakfast.
It was always their concern to make us feel at home, making sure everything was always to our liking. In this regard I add that we have always eaten VERY well! I really liked the property, in terms of décor and cleanliness. A really nice tree.
A golden starlet (as I say) goes in particular to Simona for something more that I can not even tell you, but that made a difference.
Thank you Hotel la Bussola, for this pleasant experience at such a difficult time.

Surprised by so much friendliness and professionalism. The room is large and comfortable, in the superlative breakfast the corner of the typical local products, extra reason to live a bit of Sicilianini in an authentic way. Congratulations to the management. Highly recommended.

Very nice Hotel, constantly evolving to give the maximum comfort to the guests. The professional staff and attentive to the needs of the guests. Clean and bright environment. Good breakfast, I ate a pistachio cake of Bronte and an orange juice of "Vera" Sicily. I was there a few days ago by mistake and I have conquered… I hope to come back soon.

I was there for the wedding night and it was a bad choice. Booked a room Premiere, with specifically required for the occasion: bottle of Rosè with strawberries and cream in the room, rose petals on the bed and candles. I found myself with a bottle totally different from that request, semi-whipped cream, petals no trace and not even an eccendino for candles.
The ridiculous courtesy kit being a 4 star, no trace of disposable slippers or toothbrush.
Finally at breakfast time, once seated, the waitress listed us to item the menu, omitting that some dishes were to be paid EXTRA.
When leaving the hotel, present the bill, with lots of extra breakfast and room service (wrong bottle with strawberries) paid the "Modica" figure of 50 euros, I pointed out my ill-humour for inaccuracies and service not up to par, and Despite that, I was not even made a discount for the inconvenience.
In the end, seeing the rooms from their site, I can claim to have stayed in a business and not in a premiere but I paid for it!
I feel cheated.
I strongly advise against it!

It was a very nice hotel. There is also a covered parking lot for a fee. Good breakfast, though little choice for salty. A bit unfortunate, between semi-ruined buildings and the commercial port. Good for business or to embark on ferries.

The place has a nice location, it is tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and bright. The staff is helpful and professional. The bartender, also professional and sunny, prepared me a good cocktail. Looks like nothing's left to chance.

Clean, design and a Top breakfast with delicious Home Made products. The pistachio cake… unforgettable! The staff are in love with their work and their city. Mrs. Maria Luisa of the Hall suggested we go to visit the castle and the Cape in the afternoon. What about… he was right… it would have been a shame to miss panoramas like that! All good!

Excellent starting point for the Aeolian Islands because it is very close to the embarkations that can be reached on foot. The professionalism of the staff is the thing that I will not forget about this magnificent Hotel. See you soon!

I honestly did not know the structure, but that day the hydrofoils to the Aeolian Islands did not start due to bad weather. Just a few yards from the embarkations I found this beautiful hotel. An exciting discovery. I highly recommend it and would like to go back because I had a great time. Next time, instead of making the journey of hope, soggiorneró in this structure and it will be much more relaxing.

Going back to Milazzo is always pleasant! Doing it in this structure makes it even more beautiful! You can't ask for better.

I get off to this hotel every time I have to go to Lipari by many andmany years. Recentementel hotel came of the regenerated and became a great location, also seprima was not bad. Just opposite the embarkation of car on the ferry, with a good pizzeria restaurant attached. Only flaw. Naturally raised prices.
