No organization of work. Last night we requested information to celebrate the birthday and they gave us prices and solutions, the next day he calls the manager saying that we invented everything and that it is not possible! Unprofessional!

Great service, good food, environment both romantic but also great for families with children.

Embarrassing location! Restaurant 5 stars. There is a terrace overlooking the sea the view is breathtaking.

Lovely place on a wonderful seafront, plus spotless rooms, courtesy, professionalism and lots of good hospitality of dependencies👌!

Two weeks ago, I celebrated my graduation party in roof garden. Spectacular location, all the rules for the current situation have been respected; yummy food and great service. In addition, the pleasant evening was mainly due to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, in particular Mr. Francesco whom I thank.

Great service… beautiful structure, only defect does not have the beach.

We had a great late check-in reception. The receptionist (male with very good spoken English) was very attentive and after asking recommended us a great Etna tour, including a hotel pick-up by the tour guide. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. We also appreciated a car parking option at hotel underground garage (10€/day). We chose a room with a sea view, which we liked, with the exception of a small amusement park across the road which was quite loud and give us some trouble falling asleep late at night. Next time we would consider taking a room at the back of the hotel.

The Hotel is clean, but the service is not very friendly. Ventilation in bath was not working. Breakfast on 4th with seaview is great. Rooms to the street are not so good because of now from the street till 1am.

The Plaza is inside a structure that tends to be an ecomostro, the result of the building speculation of the Christian population in Catania. I was there for a couple of events in the basement halls so I can't judge the rooms, but the rooms are very spacious bright and the seating comfortable. The Coffee 1, 50 at the bar seems exaggerated, but it's OK.

Present at the Plaza for a meeting and a congress related to both my work, I must say that I found all the staff up to the task but above all always available. Thank you for your work done with elegance and courtesy.

Hotel is located right by the sea.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
We liked the breakfast terrace best.
From there you have a magnificent view on one side of the sea and on the other to Mount Etna.

Hotel located at the long Sea of Catania, with the possibility of comfortable parking both outside and inside! Modern and luxurious structure, my room with sea view, was quite ample and with parquet! The terrace was used with tables and chairs in the sun. Just entered the room smelling of fresh, everything was very clean and the room quite comfortable! The staff are very friendly and helpful to any of my needs! Just arrived my bags were escorted to the room, and after I communicated to the front desk my gluten intolerance they immediately proceeded to bring me a basket with bread, rusks, crackers and snacks gluten-free for breakfast at Terrace on the 4 floor with breathtaking views! Humble staff and with the smile always in your face made this my stay unforgettable! I also met the manager who completely mirrors the hotel, that is modern and available to any problem! The Straconsiglio!

I visited the hotel at a conference. The location is very nice, modern and bright. The only thing, as a spectator in the conference room: The chairs, beautiful, were a little small and not very comfortable.

4-Star Hotel with an excellent and elegant reception; Friendly and helpful staff.
Good breakfast in a room on the top floor with an exceptional view on the sea; Only the brioches are to be avoided because bad; They were neither fragrant nor friable but trivial "buns". Good orange juice.
About the rooms I can only give a negative rating to my room, which while being quiet is not 4 star because it was small and narrow without any wall hangers. The bathroom was even smaller with toilets in a tricky corner to use as it was close to the sink. The shower is wide but uncomfortable as there is no place to put the soap and shampoo: Picking them up every time from the ground does not seem fit in a 4 star!

With clean and cozy rooms. There is a comfortable and large indoor parking. The rich and varied breakfast, with the proper staff courteous and prepared which makes you regret having to leave the property.

A high-profile hotel that looks good and keeps the proposed standards high.
The reception is professional and practical. There are not too long waiting times at the reception and the secretaries are friendly.
It is exceptional as a location for events, conventions and congresses in the first place: it has parking, which facilitates a lot, the halls are well furnished and arranged, the exhibition is optimal.

I stayed at this property for a business stay.
The cleanliness and the comfort of the rooms make the stay very pleasant, particularly appreciated was the courtesy and availability of the staff.
The top of this property is the terrace where in the morning you make an excellent breakfast with an amazing sea view while also enjoying local delicacies.

Visited for a corporate convention.
Very cozy entrance in modern style.
The reserved room was the Roof Garden, which has a very nice view on the Catania coast.
If you want to impress on customers or people who come from outside it is ideal.
The aperitif reinforced served of average quality

Apart from the place and the city of Catania lovely places of our beloved Sicily, this property stands out for the absolutely professional, kind and prepared staff. Recommended for any short or long stay in Catania. Special mention to those who manage and organize the services within the Hotel.

We celebrated last Saturday the confirmation of our son, everything went great! The professionalism, the reception of the manager, the chef and all the staff, convinced us from the very first moment.
The location is elegant, the view from the terrace is gorgeous, it is furnished with taste and elegance.

Lovely hotel right by the water. Unfortunately on a busy road. The room was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast too.

It was nice, we had an event there and the Place was really cute, the staff was really nice and gentle… We use that Place forum events really often.

Very friendly and supporting staff. Breakfast on the roof terrace with view towards the sea was super beautiful. Negative part was the noises from outside and inside hotel. The room were not sound isolated, and we had difficulty in sleeping during night. The rest looked perfect.

An excellent 4 star hotel situated in the best part of Catania (lungomare) which should be 5 star considering the rooms / reception area / lovely roof terrace etc. The staff are very efficient and so friendly. What I liked most was that nothing was a problem for them and this made my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely return. Thanks to all especially Michela / Sabrina and the General Manager who makes the hotel such a successful property.

Talk of a Hotel is always difficult, but we proverù.
Considering as a whole, the accommodation, I would say it is worth 8.
Try to improve, and I say this to all the clients in the restaurant sector, for both lunch and dinner, because customers cannot do without the restaurant as a whole.

Beautiful setting and beautiful views of the waterfront!

Reception services: excellent and well organised in all times;
catering services: excellent, especially the breakfast can satisfy various dietary needs;
room cleaning: compliant, but it might be more accurate in the bathroom.

Nice view, clean environment, good breakfast on the very nice roof terrace with a panorama to Etna. Little bit far from city center.

The staffing was exceptional friendly and helpful and the room and bed comfortable. Breakfast was served on the terrace upstairs with a lovely setting. The only reason I am not giving this hotel a 5 star rating is the bathroom was not clean especially the shower area. We stayed there with friends and their bathroom was clean so I expect this must of been just an over site by the cleaning crew.

Staff and reception (in particular of Sabrina) and cleaning ladies rooms always available for every need. Renovated and thoroughly cleaned every day. Small bathroom but with spacious shower. Wanting to give some advice also would put a mirror in the bedroom. Good breakfast with wide variety of products and served in the panoramic terrace with unique view of the sea. Convenient secure underground parking. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to everyone.

Good comfortable Hotel, good room, I was treated kindly upgrade to sea view room! Delicious breakfast on the top floor with a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea. Convenient parking alas a paid staff.

ATTENTION: aga hotel, this morning I checked out disgusted. In practice we had booked 2 junior suite but on arrival we found normal only 2 rooms with sea views, just asked why they told me that the lift was broken and unusable rooms as they began to make noise from 6 in the morning as needed to do the work. Then wonder how much less the discount on wellness programs. Tell me to be quiet because they would make the discount (instead of paying 4 paths we would have paid at max 2). In the end we paid them all 4 with 3 euro discount! 3 euros? 3 euro discount enough to bridge the gap between junior suites and a regular room? No!
And not only that: we were taken for a ride to the big guys and you know why?
Because the elevator wasn't working was somewhere else and not adjacent to junior suites, rather we are adjacent to a junior suite. And we noticed that there was people quietly! And not only. Obviously as I expected there was building work going on for the accommodation on a Sunday morning
I do not see me more as a client, and shame because I was going to recommend it to all my friends, but I warned them in times of great hoax and I hope to get something pleasing to you that you are going to go to this hotel.
What a shame, ridiculous really, now I will leave some reviews around, everyone must know this nice joke. I don't even have contacted by email or phone to warn me, but of course if they are teasing cannot warn me.
