After a great weekend, we have already been in fact we returned as soon as it was possible beautiful swimming pool and excellent underpass to go to the solarium by the sea. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Incredibly dirty. Are hotel managers sleeping? breakfasts in a deplorable state. Tables and chairs are scary to sit down, how long have you washed tablecloths and covers? Cups that are dirty for coffee! The walls haven't washed for a long time either. Can't you see it? Because basic purity is not worth a lot of money! Language doesn't turn to call it a restaurant. In the corridors on the floors the smell of a carpet has not been cleaned for a long time. The room barely had air conditioning. Why aren't there chairs on such large balconies? such a filth yscan on the streets near the hotel and no one needs it! as if no one notices it. Nightmare.

Amazing location with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was much more then I was expecting. There are some really restaurants in the neighbourhood and some with sea view. The pool and private beach was really nice treated. The staff was really helpful and speak English. The hotel is clean and we had a really great experience.

The decor was a little dated, but a lovely clean hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would have liked a system whereby they didn’t renew the towels everyday to be a little more environmentally friendly.

Last night, for Valentine's dinner, we had dinner at the Hotel.
The evening was serene, we were pampered by all the staff. Wanted food and, as always, high quality. Very fresh fish. Hotel Neptune is a guarantee and a certainty!

I recommend leaving a day to enjoy the hotel La Sink and the solarium that overlooks the sea. Spectacular service and picturesque place. And in the rich and economical corner food in Puestito Street. And at the turn of the market. I'm sure I forgot things in the room and kept them.

I attended a Congress in Catania and stayed at this hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Free Wi-Fi. Very good breakfast Corner dedicated to gluten-free. Corner of the biological. Milk of all kinds. I had dinner one evening in the restaurant, also in this case very satisfied with the food, the quality, the professionalism of the waiters. I hope to be back in the summer to enjoy the pool or the private solarium.

The place is really cozy, I slept a dotted and I was really good. I love the hotel Neptune. It's beautiful.

Vetusta and Dirty Room, air conditioner locked on 22 °c without possibility to turn it off. I had booked a double single use and they gave me a double single use… then on my reshow they joined the two mattresses. It faces inside the hotel on a supermarket, with continuous noise of air-conditioning motors.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great position and comfortable room despite the fact that it shows its age. What we really didn't like was how we were welcome, or should I say unwelcomed, by the receptionist behind the desk. She was rude and unprofessional, treating us with superiority and unpleasent manners. The rest of the staff at the hotel was nice and professional, from the cleaning ladies to the people working at the pool and the beach. If we ever decided to come back I would never want to deal with the same entitled receptionist again!

Cool santuary — Good unobtruesive service. Access to private pier over rocky seashore for beech for sea or sun bathing. Extensive although unvarying breakfast menu. Lively surroundings in the evenings when the locals fill the streets. Plenty of authentic restaurants. Healthy half hour walk to city centre or 18Euro cab ride in 10 minutes.

A thank you to everyone, especially to Mr Mario Maugeri who with his way of being and with his skill has been able to make this wonderful place one of the best in Catania. I had many opportunities to celebrate and do events at the restaurant and in addition to making a good impression with the guests I was sure of the food and happy of the welcome. Thank you again.

This was my second stay at Nettuno on business trip, and it confirmed all my issues with the first stay. Negative: — Internet: There, but very, very slow — Sound insulation: Horrible. Hard floors so you can hear neighbours and room over you. I stayed over the kitchen and they stop at 23 and start at 05. Very indecent of Nettuno to even rent out this room. — Aircon: Loud (controls were broken). When mine did not run I could hear my neighbours — Sanitation: Shower is leaky (water on bathroom floor and out in corridor) and no flush in the toilet… Positive: — Room service is fast and food is ok — Close to my office — Good bed — Fresh pressed orange juice at breakfast.

The friendly and attentive staff, and the lovely sea-side view, are not enough to compensate for the noise, almost systematic at night (2 nights out of 3 for what concerns me between 7 and 9 October 2016), evenings organized by the hotel. It is IMPOSSIBLE to sleep normally here.

I was there for a birthday party birthday girl by the pool. Due to the absence of the lifeguard was not possible to use the latter. The staff was quick in taking the system change of plates and bottles used during the buffet, without considering that it was almost impossible to see a dish used because it was immediately taken away. The birthday also included an open bar service based on alcohol and not but ended very soon. The ability of the barman was very poor as its cocktails without speaking of the ice that was poured along the water that was in the container. Then all the cocktails watered down … The bar was pretty deprived of a wide choice of spirits.

Hotel Nettuno is a hotel for all types of travelers.
Offers quality service and convenveniente both as a quality/cost ratio.
The rooms are spacious and miscellaneous, depend on customer needs.
Not to forget that the rooms are well equipped with equipment sostificate (moderne).
But the highlight is the landscape, the view is phenomenal, cannot be described, cannot be described with mere words.
If you're tired of living the same life, I mean the everyday, it passes at least 1 WEEK at hotel Nettuno.
You won't regret it!

Rooms spacious and clean. The air conditioning in the bit too low and it was impossible to adjust it, I had to turn it off. It is close to a supermarket and at five in the morning you could hear the goods that were downloaded, pretty annoying. Good breakfast.

OK hotel, definitely used inside but very polite staff.
Breakfast was quite rich, although I was unable to get a cappuccino is different from the vending machine nescafe (than in a 4 star hotel in my opinion should not be), good with a dedicated maid juice instead.

Catania hotels located along the historic waterfront area. The hotel also has conference rooms and an outdoor pool. Excellent cuisine by the chef in the restaurant on site.

I've been three times at the hotel Nettuno. The hotel needs some TLC in the furnishing of the rooms (chipped furniture, adjustable docciatori no longer pointing to the wall of the shower, breakfast area rickety tables and chairs, etc. ). The rub lies in the frequent festivals dates on the property, both in the pool (in summer) that on the fourth and top floor (winter). In both cases a very poor sound insulation, coupled with a continuation of holidays with excessive volumes well past midnight, make it difficult to rest even at times "third age". Breakfast was OK but the rest has to be rethought.
