Strategic location both as a business hotel near the airport and as a family and copy tourism. Cleanliness, safety, beautiful pool and high professionalism and extreme kindness of the staff. In this 2020 instead of the private Lido caused Covid, they concerted the very cute Rainbow Lido at 150 meters to take advantage of the sea. Absolutely recommended.

As we arrived for a two-week stay, nobody welcomed us … quite weird, in fact. We were not told about breakfast times or how to get to the beach … I had booked a superior double-bed room with views and, to our surprise, the view was to a palm tree and some air-conditioning tubes. I went to the front desk where I asked for the possibility of having a room with a better view from our terrace given the booking terms. We were given it the following morning after breakfast — this was really efficient. But the air conditioning didn't work properly and it was a bit hot in the room. I said it at the front desk again and the lady answered — in a bold way — that I had to close the terrace door … I don't know if this fact provoked the unfriendliness with us on behalf of the staff or this is their normal behaviour. Eventhough, our stay at the hotel and the beach was good. Besides, Catania is a wonderful city to be visited.

Restaurant:availability in satisfying the customer by serving dishes not of the menu, satisfying the customer with the familiar expression "now I'll think about it". Impeccable rooms and professional and family staff. Courteous and timely reception. Clean and well-maintained private beach. Pool as well. Well-ventilated area that completes a pleasant holiday.

Nice hotel with a nice pool and a private beach that is groomed every day. They provide you with a pool/beach towels every day. It's very close to the airport but the sound isolation works well so you barely hear anything when you shut the balcony doors. The only disadvantage is that apart from the restaurant in the hotel there aren't many places around where you could eat. You have to drive further away to find something.

The room on arrival dirty and once reported the staff showed themselves ready to make up for it. Average services. Swimming pool and attached bar that however serves wine in plastic glasses! The beach service with umbrellas and showers is also discreet. Breakfast and catering definitely to be reviewed. Basically few lights and a lot of shadows.

Very poor. It is not 4* at this moment. Maybe it was 15 years ago… I would not recomend it. P. S. Staff is friendely and helpful.

We enjoyed the pool area. And we’re happy that we could back some breakfast with us for our early morning flight. There’s also friendly staff in this hotel. Their private beach is just across the road. And there’s a big supermarket walking distance from the hotel if you wanna take some food home with you. Good choice for early morning flights out.

Didnt like it. Although it is a pretty hotel and everything it is just not somewhere I would return to. First of all it says it has regular shuttle buses to the city, it doesn’t. Only twice a day. And it has been impossible to reach city as municipal buses dont run regularly either. We just didn’t feel comfy here at all…

Good hotel, good location near the airport and near the sea. Good for business trips. We had issues with the aircon and safe that was beeping non-stop annoyingly so we had to change rooms. The rooms are good but the terrace could be cleaner. The gym is small, one running machine, one bycicle machine and weights. But enough for my needs. The breakfast is nice, and very good capuccino. Nice swimming pool although didn't had the chance to try it.

NH Hotel was a disaster to make it short! If you want to read a long and hear the story then do it if you don’t then my advice don’t go there! We arrived very late told the hotel that. From the airport in Catania to the hotel it took us about 10 minutes and the taxi costs 20€ (very expensive in my opinion). When we got to the hotel and checked in walked to our rooms the first thing we saw were the dirty floors! (Mind you this was supposedly a 4 star hotel) so we thought ok maybe this is just the case here no worries. We then went in our first room and it looked nice and clean, I then noticed ants on the floor. Not one but 20-30. It was on the ground floor in a southern country I understand but that doesn’t justify the fact that you can’t keep insects out of the room. We then went to the office and complained the receptionist told us she would come with us and check and send someone else, this person accused us of lying, even though we killed them! We then got another room and it smelled like smoke (the receptionist was already annoyed with us) we then asked for another room because we are non-smokers and it is also a non-smoking hotel. She accused us again of lying because she didn’t smell anything. It was clearly smoke. She then wanted us to stay they or pay for a superior room (only has snacks and a kettle more then the normal room, ridiculous! ) we finally got another room and the tiles leaked but apparently everything else was booked and the tiles leaked.

In line with NH standards. Particularly convenient for the proximity to the airport and for free car parking. Gym essential, almost gaunt.

This hotel is a must try.
In addition to all the comforts to move, sea front x the beach and proximity to city and tangenzialefor trips, here c is tranquility.
The rooms are spotless and manicured, the staff is always available but the real gem is the chef, the maitre and his staff.
We found not only the professionalism but the courtesy, the discretion and that smile that make you always feel guest D honor.

It's right in front of a huge, neat beach. The bad thing is very far from the center and there is nothing around. Spacious, clean and sea-view rooms.

Clean rooms and comfy beds. A bit removed from the centre of Catania. All very correct.

This is is a good modern hotel with with a strategic position: quite close to the airport and Catania downtown. Pool is fairly good and service staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet is very good.

Clean Hotel and agrdable. The location is far from the city and in a very soulless area. The beach opposite is very dirty, at least in high season that is not beach (beach from June to September)

Close to airport, basic (cosy! ) rooms. I would place it as 3 star standard, however we had absolutely no issues. For price I paid, I would consider staying again.

It is a good hotel but in a strange location. Its actually not at the beach… breakfast is quite good, food in restaurant is okay but rather expensive for what it is. Rooms are okay… a bit old but mostly clean.

We stayed at the end of September in Catania, Sicily and spent our time at the NH Catania Parco degli Aragonesi. The surroundings do not make a particularly nice impression. The hotel is very nice and welcoming from the outside. The entrance area and the breakfast room are beautifully bright and very nicely designed. The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Our room was clean, adequate of size and the balcony afforded us a view of the sea. The pool area was clean and nice. However, the pool was a bit cold (but it was also at the end of September). The private beach (which is exceptionally beautiful and stylish) we could only use in one day, as it was the end of the season and then the beach was closed. The weather was still excellent and certainly some guests would have wanted to use the beach. Maybe you could take a little more attention to the weather here. The ladies at the reception were always extremely helpful and gave us lots of tips. On the whole we found the stay in the hotel very nice and would recommend it at any time in good conscience. (Couple, 25 and 27 years)

Located on the beach but not that much in the way of food within walking vicinity. There is a nice park a thirty second jog out back. Service is good and the morning breakfast is excellent.

Quality Hotel, good price. Breakfast OK. Pity x the restaurant did not at all satisfied us. The staff is OK.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights before getting the overnight ferry to Naples for the second leg of our holiday. The room was clean, a bit on the small side but did have its own terrace with furniture. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Getting served at the pool side bar occasionally took a while as it wasn't permanently manned but that was only a minor irritation. We didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening but had no complaints about what was on offer for breakfast. The pool is a good size but we spent our lazy days mostly on the hotels private beach. Yes, you have to cross the road to get to it but there is a pedestrian crossing. The beach is well maintained and has its own life guard. The nearer the sea your sun bed the better the view but you will also have more chance of being approached by sellers of all manner of things. Most took the hint if you ignored them or said no thank you (in which every language you prefer), those that didn't were soon told to move on by the life guard. The beach is sand and slopes gently into the sea, which was colder than you might expect. We had a very pleasant week here. One word of warning if you fly into the airport after dark and hire a car. It is actually a very simple, quick drive to the hotel once you know where you are going. But the lack of street lights, signage and the road layout makes it rather interesting in the dark.

Great facility, only neo the bar opens after 10am. 00. If you use the structure for professional reasons… it is not the best.

A little far from the centre but near to the airport. You can get to the center by bus or with taxi. The hotel has a pool and a beach which is not big but clean.

Good for one night after arrival or before departure, as the hotel is fairly close to airport. A taxi transfer costs about 25 euros, no matter if the hotel calls the taxi or you take it from the airport. The rooms offer the comfort of the location. Food and drinks, however, are far too expensive and well above the country's usual prices. I would like to highlight the nice staff at the pool and the pool bar. Unfortunately, the wake up call was forgotten.

We took advantage of the meeting room… And since I took care of the directing audio/video/luci I found it really very uncomfortable… Distant Mixer closed in a room… Non-centralized lights also far from my station and assistance from the hotel equal to 0

We got a bad room without garden view direct in a corner, and the service in the reception is horrible. They was really arrogant and answer your questions like they have something else more important to do. The breakfast was really good and they don't have a private beach.

The hotel is good, nice service, comfortable beds, good breakfast, swimming pool and private beach. On the down side: Location — the hotel is quite outside the city, a 50 minute walk along a traffic-heavy road. There is a bus that will take you to the center in 10 min for 1€, but it goes every 40 minutes and not according to schedule, and you need to buy the tickets in a kiosk in the city. Otherwise you can order a taxi, 15€ from city to hotel, 20€ from hotel to the city. There is NOTHING to do around the hotel, except for a small trattoria right across the street with excellent food. Beach — pretty but often windy, main downside is right next to it there is a public beach, uncared for, with LOTS of garbage which comes over with the wind. Swimming pool — nice but from 5 they will start playing the radio, dancing music on a high volume, so relax is over. Room — there is mold in the bathroom. Overall, my stay was comfortable, but I expected more.

For a 4 star hotel I expect. Mold in which shower and completely calcified. Rooms very run down.
