Naca Suite

Magda is wonderful! Room is very comfy, with prosecco and a private whirlpool tub! Gorgeous ceiling, comfy bed, great AC. WILL Return!

Located just outside the main street so you have about a 10 minutes walk to the centre etc. Great rooms. The staff are really polite and friendly. I really recommend staying here if you want something different but good quality.

I'm actually writing this review a year later because I actually forgot to leave a review.
We traveled by car from the Netherlands all the way down to Sicily spending day trips and staying each night at various locations on the way down but Catania was our target destination to stay for a longer period.
Violeta (sorry if misspelled) welcomed us wholeheartedly with a glass of prosecco, she was very helpful and very professional. She allowed us to contact her whenever throughout the day if there's anything we needed help with. She was really wonderful. We also appreciated the presentation and preparation for breakfast every morning from the staff. It was lovely.
The suites are absolutely beautiful. Pictures usually flatter accommodation but with Naca Suite we was completely taken away in person. Our suite was super spacious and decorated immaculately. The hot tub was truly amazing and the room was equipped with a coffee machine which was really great. It's very clean and super relaxing. Definitely the best suite we have stayed in.
The location is great. It's a short walk to the city centre but you'll need to walk quite a bit further if you want to reach beach areas which for us wasn't really a problem.

It was a true pleasure staying at the Naca Suite. On the day of our arrival, Violeta the manager sent us a message asking about our arrival time.
Once there, we rang the bell, saw directly on our right hand side a sigh, so we took the lift up to the 2nd floor. The checking procedure was easy and we got a full description of our room functionality. The Suite was spacious, clean and me and my kid really enjoyed the jacuzzi.
We were told that the breakfast was between 8 am to 10 am and we have to give in advance the time that we wish to receive our breakfast.
Gracious Suite with high ceiling restored I believe in its original state. We got also a free minibar as well as fine toiletries such as Argan shampoo, hair conditioner and body milk.
In the morning, a trolley was delivered to our door. There was a selection of ham, cheese, bread, croissant, yogurts with fresh orange juice and milk. Coffee capsules were give to us to make our own coffee. It was absolutely delicious.
The only drawback was our room was not done and the toilet is too close to the shower which is a bite inconvenient with two people use it simultaneously.
Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay, the location was good, few minutes walk to the teatro Massimo Bellini and some restaurants/ bar/coffee place. We tried the SIKULO which was good.

Beautiful room, excelent service, close to the city centre, close to a bus stop. Perfect!

Staying at Naca suite was by far the highlight of our trip to Sicily. Coming back to our room after a long day of exploring Catania and jumping in the hot tub was the best feeling, not to mention the amazing staff that made us feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommended to those going to Catania/ Syracuse!

Just wonderful, really. All amenities, functioning spa tub, hearty breakfast on wheels that fulfilled everything and a nice little balcony to chill. The Bluetooth speaker and wine fridge (with complementary Prosecco! ) was just extra plus. Must stay in Catania!

The room itself was VERY spacious and the best bathrooms in all of Sicily that we experienced in our 2 weeks on the island. Grand. That is the good news. It is not a hotel; there are suites in a building. It is on a not-so-nice small street that doesn't scream of safety with more than the usual liter. No one in the hotel overnight, which concerned us but turned out it was very quiet and uneventful. The parking garage was creepy but was plentiful. If you stay there, have the cell phone of the receptionist and text her of your arrival — otherwise you'll never figure out where the suites are because it's on an inner courtyard with absolutely no indication on the street level. The woman who worked there during the day and greeted us, showed us the rooms, etc is extremely pleasant but understaffed. Only stayed one day as we departed Sicily the next day and it was easy to get to the airport despite being well within the city. Not so great for the price.

We had a fantastic stay at Naca. The ceiling of the room was magical. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room had everything you need, super clean and well maintained, breakfast in the room is a great addition to the experience. Location was good, walking distance from the theatre square and cathedral. Parking is available outside in the zones, but you need to keep an eye on your windscreen wipers as thieves operate all around.
The only suggestions for improvement we have are mosquito net or device, bathrobes for jacuzzi/breakfast, full mirror and place for bath cosmetics in the shower.

Absolutely the best customer care and attention. Naomi and her assistant made our 4 day stay spectacular. The room was full of amenities, expresso machine, fridge with freezer, jacuzzi tub, A/C, and anything else you could ask for. The breakfast cart was a great way to start our day. Close to everything in Catania and just off a major road for out of town travels.

Wonderful structure, furnished with taste and attention, cleanliness and top atmosphere! we had a great time … a super successful romantic getaway!

Really cool place. Felt like royal/noble loved the high ceiling and marking/painting on it. And of course the awesome jet tub for relaxation.

There are no places like this…
