Cheap Hotels in Catania

We booked one week on the last week on January 2026. The apartment was like we want:spacious, clean, heating systems, central position near to all important things to be visit on Catania.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is a nice touch. Clean. Good value for money.
It’s a bit old and very essential. But again, right for the price you pay.

Went for a week long vacation here was amazing owner so sweet to me and my friend, when me and my friend would go out he would ask where we where planning to go that day, he would tell us the best

It was a great stay, the stuff is very welcoming and ready to help with any issue. Rooms are clean, and the atmosphere very nice.

Very cozy hostel in the middle of Catania. The female dorm was very spacious. The beds were comfy and I especially loved the huge stairs and the beautiful ceiling.

Perfect place to get from the airport or train. Its located near Piazza Borsellino where are a lot of buses to all parts of the town. The best was view from the window with Etna mountain.

I opted for this hostel the second time I visited Catania, chosen for its tiny streets, without the hustle and bustle of bakeries, restaurants or street fairs.

The staff were so nice and they made an effort to get to know people. Also the complimentary wine was homemade by the owners family and amazing!

We highly recommend I Vespri to stay in Catania! The location is outstanding, close walking distance to everything. The room itself was lovely, very quaint, cool and well-decorated.

Nice room with beautiful view. The staff was nice, good communication with the owner. They had everything we asked for. It is located near the Center, short 5 minute walk.

The location is perfect — right in the centre of town. The host was very kind and accommodating and the room was clean and well-supplied.

Hard to get to the place, taxi airport there is 20 euros and 30-40 euros to the cwnter (NB careful taxi mafia), buses don't go very often.

Positive: I got picked up from the airport by a lovely driver. Croissant for breakfast also fabulous. Owners were so lovely. Aircon was great.

A solid 15 out of 10 – we had four days and nights so amazing, we’re still buzzing about them. Just the hosting alone deserves an Oscar!

During our visit to Sicily, we stayed at Giro Del Mondo in Catania — and it was absolutely worth it! It’s a beautiful place with themed rooms, good air conditioning, and well-equipped bathrooms.

The room was perfect and staff is very friendly. The location is perfect for travel around the city by public transport.

That was my most wonderful experience with bed&breakfast. The rooms are carefully decorated and the location is next to the best restaurants and bars.

Literally a perfect B&B, clean, comfortable, the hostess is a super nice and friendly lady.

This place is in the heart of Catania, 5’ walk from piazza del Duomo, near a lot of shops.

My opinion is that with the size of the rooms all of them could have a seperate small bathroom. But overall it is okey. Although parking is really tricky.

Our host Daniela was extremely helpful and kind. Spacious room, very clean. Wide range of food for breakfest. Great location to reach most of the main attractions even by walk. Good value for money.

The hotel was better than I expected reading the reviews. We booked the Batman room and it was pretty small I'd guess 10 m² or less with a bed on the second floor.
