Dome

We had a wonder stay here at Dome. Nicola was a great host and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area which we appreciated. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend!

The hotel was really great! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they spoke English really well. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very clean and modern. I especially loved the coffee machine.

The room was lovely.
It was a bit quirky with a large round bed, it was extremely comfortable.
Antonio met us the first night and he was incredibly helpful, friendly and lovely.
Lovely products in the bathroom & very product provided (toothpaste & brush and shower cap also)
The shower is incredible very large and great power.
The towels are 5* quality.
Lovely lighting.
Balcony.
Smart TV.
Good internet.
Mini bar.

A modern apartment building where you receive a friendly welcome and a brief introduction. It is not so much a hotel in the traditional sense.
The location is central, but on the main road. Everything has been renovated, but unfortunately the windows have very poor sound insulation. At night, there is loud traffic and scooters, and in the morning there is a lot of honking.
You can choose your breakfast from a menu and it is then delivered to your room. It was a bit of a shame that there was no classic breakfast room where you could choose what you wanted or have another coffee. In addition, we never got exactly what we ordered, but it was adequate. We had a room with a round bed, which takes some getting used to. Other guests in the hallway make you feel like they are in your room because the doors are very thin.
To see the dome, you have to go out onto the balcony and use a little imagination, but you can catch a glimpse of the top.
All in all, much too expensive for what you get.

We stayed there for one night.
Customer service and communication were excellent.
The location is convenient, right in the city center.
Rooms are on the second floor (the entrance is on level 0).
The room itself is small. The air conditioner worked fine. There were no nightstands and not enough storage space if you are staying for more than two nights. There were also not enough hooks, shelves, or storage in the bathroom.
Only two pillows were provided, with no blankets. Additional pillows were provided immediately upon request.
Overall, it was good enough accommodation, but for $200 per night, I expected a better room.

Perfect location for walking to many of the historical sights in Catania. The room was very nice and super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and the internet was strong. Nicola responded quickly to all requests. The breakfasts were terrific.
Just be aware that there is no elevator although Nicola was there to great us and took our luggage up to the second floor and was also available to take the luggage down at the end of the stay.
The hotel worked very well for us and we would recommend.

Nicola was exceptionally helpful in every way and made our stay at Dome extremely enjoyable! My wife and were impressed with our impeccable room, as well as the best shower and most comfortable beds during our vacation touring Sicily! We highly recommend this outstanding property!

We had a wonderful stay at the DOME Hotel in Catania! The hotel offers exceptional quality at a very fair price, with stylish, comfortable rooms and a prime location for exploring the city. The standout feature, however, was the incredible service from Nicola, the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend this gem in Catania!

Excellent Location and beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. Water pressure was very good and the internet was fast. The service was fantastic. Note, there is no lobby or bar or restaurant. Also, there is no elevator/lift. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Perfect location (it was very close to bus station, airport, beach and old center), amazingly beautiful rooms, looking fresh and fancy, perfect service. The accommodation was perfect and Nicola was a very attentive host. The location was excellent and Nicola helped us find a safe parking garage for the car overnight. The check-in was very clear and after a very long day of travelling we were delighted to see the drinks in the minibar! The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was really nice.

What a great place to stay, right in the heart of Catania. Everything is 5 stars about this place, the room was beautiful, the breakfast lovely and the service was brilliant. Great place to stay if you’re planning to visit Catania! All the facilities in the room you need. Lovely staff to help with your needs when required. Very central. Easy walking distance to the main streets. If we are ever back in the area we would re book to stay here.

We loved our stay at the Dome. We only stayed one night regrettably as we didn’t have a quick stay in Catania. The room was clean and the bathroom was insane! The service was friendly and shared a lot of awesome spots around town which were all great.

Beautiful location, the facility can be compared to a luxury hotel, the amenities, the services are those you receive at a high end property. My favorite was the breakfast, like room service, you receive what you requested at your door. Great job Nicola!
