Nice little b&b with, I think, 4 or 5 rooms, if you find it. There is no sign outside. You have to walk up one level, and then you still don't know if you are right or not as there agai is no sign. A little better information would help. There is a small hallway after the big door where the different rooms go from. Ours was nice and big and offered everything needed for the night, and even a small Italian balcony. From there, you can watch and hope that your car is not towed if you parked it I. The street. The location overall helps you to walk to the city center and all the good restaurants.
The bathroom is clean, and the bed was very comfy. There is nothing to complain about apart from the little bad discoverbilty, but maybe that's planned.
I have stayed in this B&B and it was a perfect experience. Located in the center, the room is modern and comfortable. The AC works well which is important. The host is lovely and very helpful. The best value for money.

Cuore Mio is excellent place to stay in Catania. It is very clean and quiet place not so far from Paolo Borselino bus station. In close vincinity there are a lot of restaurants/bars/cafeteria. City center is very close. Fabrizia is the owner — a beautiful lady and a very kind person. If you want to arrange an excursion to Etna or other known places ask her and she will help. She provide a list of good restaurants and other places to hang around.
Room is very clean. Inside there is a fridge, air conditioning, TV and a plenty of electric sockets. There is a coffee machine in the corridor. Coffe capsules are in room. Bathroom consist of shower and wc. Fresh towels are provided on demand. The place is very safe — multiple electronic locks are keeping you safe. The locks are glowing with blue light and you see that from a far. Main gate to the building have a sign "Cuore Mio" above a lock keypad. At the first time the Owner provide you with a link to a website that open all the doors (to the gate, to the corridor and to your room) When you get into a room you grab the card that open all the doors.
