The hotel is in a good location, close to the city center. There are many markets and restaurants around it. The rooms have A/C. There is a woman and a man working there who were friendly and helpful.
If needed, the rooms were cleaned every day, and towels and bed sheets were changed, which was great.
However, I was not satisfied with the bed. Also, in the shower cabin, water collected and was slow to drain, which felt uncomfortable.
In the end, we would like to thank these two staff members for their good service, but overall the hotel could be better.

A very disappointing experience. Although the location is central, this is basically the only real advantage.
The biggest problem was the extreme noise, especially in the evening and during the night, which made it very difficult to rest properly. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is definitely not the right choice.
Access is also very inconvenient if you have luggage. Arriving with suitcases or larger bags is uncomfortable and frustrating.
Another important issue is the surrounding area. Even though the property is close to the city centre, the neighbourhood did not feel safe, especially at night. The area seemed neglected, noisy and too close to places that felt exposed to crime risk, which created a constant feeling of discomfort.
Overall, I would not return and I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace, comfort and a real sense of safety. The central location does not compensate for the noise, the difficult access and the unpleasant feeling given by the area.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes away from the center. The owners are very hospitable. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. They were quick with the room service. I enjoyed my stay and I'll recommend it to all my loved ones. If I ever come back to Catania, I'm staying here again. Everything went perfectly fine, and it was a wonderful experience.
