When the train passes the whole building shakes and it's impossible to sleep. The breakfast is not even worth mentioning, fruits are old and everything tasted funky. The rooms where not clean. We had the one with the hot tub and we cleaned the tub before going inside.
On arrival we were taken aback by the building but once inside the B and B on the first floor it was very light and airy. There are 2 flights of stairs to reach the door. No lift and no assistance. The receptionist was friendly and offered us a drink. The room itself was small overlooking the railway line. The room lacked Italian pictures…features Marilyn Monroe and a London print! Large hanging space, a chair and kettle does not make luxury. Luxury is extras eg no safe in the room, no tissues. The thumping music coming from the market area continued until 4 am every night. Found it very difficult to sleep. A real pity as this band b is in a fantastic location. The breakfast was fruits, yoghurts, pastries, boiled eggs and breads. Wide choice of teas. Pity no savoury like ham and cheese for diabetics…. Not everyone can eat Nutella and jam!

We choose this hotel just seeing their beautiful pictures in booking. Com. Unfortunately not enough for us tbh. Location is quite good but outside it’s close to fish market so whenever u go out u defo smell fish everywhere. Owner is quite friendly but disappointed due to their free breakfast in somewhere else. Breakfast experience was horrible and their staff was so cheeky. Just a bakery and a drinks which was not nice. At least they should mention breakfast will be someone else but only coffee and a pies of bakery. Compare with other hotels their breakfast items more variety and kind of self service, but Duca Di Uzeda sorry! Decoration was good but I don’t know why their hotel just only one AC in whole double bed and one single bed. Next guy I mean one bed person being fried whole night 😬😂 also Tv in the corner means nothing to set in a corner, u can’t watch should be in the middle or up 😁
Anyways it’s up to you if you fancy but for me it wasn’t satisfying enough.
