We had a great stay at Malu. The location is very convenient, just a 10minute walk to town and some lovely restaurants. If you’re visiting the temples, it’s about a 30minute walk downhill or there’s a nearby bus stop.
The room was cozy and decorated in a simple, modern style. Everything was super clean and felt very new. I especially enjoyed the balcony and the bed. The mattress was firm and comfortable, giving us a restful night’s sleep.
Breakfast was prepared daily by the owner, Laura. It’s served buffet style with a wide variety of options. Honestly, even better than many hotel breakfasts. Laura is incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. She always ensure guests are happy. You can really see how much care and effort she puts into running her B&B like her own home.

Laura is an exceptional host with lots of helpful information about the area and insights about life in Sicily. Of all the places we’ve stayed at in Sicily, this one was the best thought through. It was spacious, clean, and lovingly designed by Laura. Laura welcomes you as if she's welcoming you to her house. The breakfast spread was extraordinarily generous, and the variety was incredible. Laura goes above and beyond. It is an excellent experience to live in Agrigento. A Thank you to Laura for making our stay so memorable!

This B&B guesthouse was a real highlight on our round trip. Not only were we well looked after already on our way to the location by the friendly and warm-hearted hostess Laura by her sending us detailed information on parking options in the proximity of the building; Laura didn't even miss the opportunity to direct us from her balcony into a parking space on the admittedly somewhat challenging uphill road.
The guesthouse is located in a quiet area and the lift takes you and your luggage up to the second floor. The rooms are well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The buffet breakfast is so plentiful that it bears comparison with a five-star hotel. The hostess is happy to prepare eggs according to her guests' wishes. Having been thus fortified, we were able to face the challenges of visiting the temple area with confidence. Thank you, Laura, for making us feel like members of your family.
