Great location, impeccable breakfast/brunch, unimpeachable room cleanliness, it feels at home… we were sorry not to say goodbye to Stephen… thank you it was a pleasure to be your guests.

Cute, but dated structure. Central position.
I associate myself with the countless reviews of the director's lack of professionalism, indisposeable.
The episode is as follows: as a result of a thunderstorm rained in the room, this in addition to causing discomfort caused the damage of my electronic device from 70euro. I understand that the rain does not depend on the hotel, but at least we would have expected some "courtesy gesture" towards us to make us forget the unpleasant thing that happened. The director boasting of some expertise in forci order merely said that legally it was not the responsibility of the structure. He pretended to want to meet us at the beginning but then, at check out, he did exactly the opposite, ignoring us.
It would have taken little to make us still have a pleasant memory of staying in Villa Augustus, but unfortunately we left with the knowledge that we absolutely did not want to return.

The hotel is located on a street in the centre of the island, so a short walk from the shops and boarding.
The paintings and memorabilia that adorn the entrance hall make it almost vintage…
Breakfast is decent, but good!
The rooms, considered the palace, are narrow and cramped.
Nonetheless, the location, the kindness of the staff and the low prices of the nights make it strategic for a short stay at the Aeolians, based in Lipari.

Congratulations to Count Augustus holder Villa Augustus for continuing the family tradition. The villa is well maintained is beautiful, and enriched with testimonies of its past and the Aeolian territory. The Tropical Garden inside is definitely quaint and relaxing. The rooms are large and comfortable and supported by a great air conditioning system.
And not least an excellent and hearty breakfast… that looks more like a happy hours
And then… The Lord of the Night… Mr. Stefano condescending to tt the needs of Us guests and great affabulator.

Good accommodation. Central. Efficient and friendly staff.

Very well located, not far from the harbor. Charming décor, unusual. Room n "8: small, noisy overlooking the street, just the arm to tender to open the bathroom from the bed. Small bathroom. Italian shower in which the shower curtain sticks to the little if one pulls it (40 cm between the curtain of showerhead and the wall). Old-fashioned tiles. Very low water pressure: 5 cm vertical Jet with showerhead, which does not allow to rinse well or rinse hair. Air conditioning in place but no control available, you have to use the fan. Breakfast was OK.

A cozy hotel and full of food rooms and a fantastic staff to say the least.

2 great days. On Lipari, hotel was also really nice.

The building is nicely and located near the porta, the rooms are clean. We waited until 2:15 pm for our room. We ask to be more quickly (we have one children and one infant) but our request was ignored. The breakfast are very poor. We found poor variety of food. We'll not return.

Central Hotel, recommended. Ospiltali and kind. Great breakfast included.
