This hotel is aesthetically very nice. The reception was great. All the staff very nice.
unfortunately I have to say it doesn't look like a 4-star hotel, that doesn't mean we felt bad but there were some flaws. The rooms are very noisy, I felt those in the next room as if they were inside mine, the Wi-Fi inside our room did not work given the distance I suppose, the TV did not work on the first day, then something you could see. The room aesthetically didn't really like it.
We used the shuttle service to and from the port, very convenient. Great pool, good breakfast. Despite everything, I recommend this hotel. I thank all the staff for these days of relaxation.

We stayed here the first week of August. Very nice location, nice and quiet. Clean and comfortable room, to review the bathroom. Large pool, but old-fashioned loungers; excessive amount of chlorine, so much so that you can't keep your eyes open during the bath. Breakfast not up to a 4 star. Staff courteous and helpful for every need.

NEGATIVE NOTES
INCOMENT — Attracted by the beautiful photos, the interesting price, the feedback and the possibility of booking the room with payment clause in the property with cancellation within 7 days before check-in, decided and confirmed the stay, I have therefore found the payment of the full amount a week before my arrival having me "stuck/frozen" (according to them only provisionally) the TOTAL sum of the reservation on my card for their available balance check and so far everything ok.
-What is very annoying, however, as I am forced to pay extras exceeded the permitted limits of my C. C. And other personal reasons that are not due to justify-
I immediately called in the structure to clarify my doubts, telling me that the preauthorization was used to check the availability of the balance and that time a day or two would be unlocked on the account.

The common spaces (reception, terraces and swimming pool) are valuable. The rooms unfortunately don't… old furnishings and not in good condition; Small TV, squeaky fixtures. Even the pool loungers are not in place. The staff is courteous but not attentive to the needs of customers. The 4 stars are not deserved.

Excellent structure, spacious and cozy with pool corner bar for outdoor aperitifs and friendly staff. Absolutely avoid the breakfast room which has very little choice and the restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful… With its rooms way bungalows its swimming pool its terrace etc… We plan on vacation without a problem and we would leave more… The staff also charming.

Typical Hotel with very nice pool, the rooms are good but from the review because the bathrooms are a bit dated and have the bidet in the shower! The kitchen is acceptable with the reduced menu and the breakfasts are always the same. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our first trip as husband and wife, an unexpected gift from friends that turned out to be fantastic, great service, very nice staff, hearty and quality breakfast.

Good location at 200 Mt from the centre, with excellent shuttle services to the beaches and the port. Friendly and helpful staff.

To improve the reception of television in the rooms, the Wi-Fi works well only in common areas, unfortunately the shuttle service is not available 24h and at night or early morning you are forced to take the taxi to go or come from the port.

Wonderful place, proposes the Aeolian style, with all the comforts; Impeccable cuisine, such as cleanliness and staff, ready to tell stories and anecdotes of the island and restaurant. Quiet area, yet close to the center. Recommended!

Hotel 4 * A few steps from the centre of Lipari. Staff very courteous and professional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Equipped with a beautiful swimming pool, very clean. The setting is very romantic, ideal for a couple holiday. I will definitely return.

The room is not as much and is somewhat loud because you hear all the neighbors. The best is the pool open 24 h.
To eat dinner best to go to another pq side they don't have anything unless you want pizza.
