Nothing to say x the room apart from the TV that doesn't work, big disappointment x bad restaurant service, the staff looks at you and doesn't approach x take the order after 50 min waiting we managed to order, between dishes passed us an hour, the wine at room temperature I ask for ice and bring water with a few flakes of ice saying that they were running out of ice, I ask for lemon and toothpicks never brought, the staff turns around asking who had ordered the first not they knew which table to take it to, I was there from 9pm I was brought the cake at one in the morning I was falling asleep in the table from slowness, I ask the bitter makes me taste a liquorice and never came any closer x ask if it was fine. I gave up the bitterness stating that the whole package was paid upfront, as far as I'm concerned x me worth less than zero I found myself very bad I spent a weekend from crap I will never come back and I will never recommend it.

I year asked me to pay upfront we arrive after 5 pm all ok then at dinner time for God's sake more than half an hour x the order then comes the waiter after an hour x the first. Ask for lemon … never arrived x the oysters, waiting for the pasta more than an hour then by force of complaints made the 23.10 comes the second from 9 pm that we sat at the table. Ask about the toothpicks never arrived the boiling wine I ask of the ice bring me ice water at the end I smoked half a packet of cigarettes from the piss at the end until the hours one and ten with coffee waiting for a bitter never arrived a delu you are. Booking was paid x the next day at 4pm in the morning around 11am the call x frees the bedroom a disappointment Total rating Zero.

We spent a weekend relaxing. A really relaxing spa with a good disposition of the spaces, and good customer care. What amazed us is definitely the kitchen: excellent quality, high level and a kindness of the staff without previous. Really congratulations to all the staff, they gave us a day of pure relaxation. Will be back soon.

We're here right now. Good were the first impression and dinner. The staff are very friendly and at work.
Still, only 2 stars. The reasons: First of all, there were foreign hair in the bathroom, besides there was an ant road in the breakfast room and some loungers are broken.
What annoys me most, though, is their handling of children: We travel with our two-year-old son, which has been known to both the airlineholidays and the hotel for months. Nevertheless, in addition to the booking price, a baby bed can only be obtained around 10 euros per night and a kettle for preparing baby food for about 7 euros per night. And as a summit, we must not use the spa area. Staff first cited Italian law as a justification, and then, on demand, cited the child's safety as a reason because of the high temperatures. From 3, it is probably allowed. The different temperatures in the areas and the fact that we co-booked Spa, when parents can assess the health of our child and steam baths are healthy for children, has not interested anyone. In addition, the employee has placed the responsibility on the organizer, as he was booked through him. Of course, I will also contact him, but I will not let it be considered an argument. Everyone involved knew and the spa area was booked, so I want to use it as well. If you do not want children (under 15 they are only allowed to go to the spa between 3 and half 5! ), you are not allowed to offer families travel here.

The spa is cute once you enter you would not want to go away anymore.

I went to the Lu ' Hotel for a reception, the staff behaves in a very ptofessional and polite and the general furnishing is tasteful.

Pros — Clean, air con, helpful staff. Cons — Location not the best as you need to drive to get to anything decent.

I had two completely different experiences in this hotel. This first experience was a wedding dinner and it was really special and delicious! Because of that, I booked two peonia packages for Christmas. But this time, my experience was not good at all. The spa is really small and no particularly nice. But the worst came at dinner! The food was not good, absolutely not at a 4 stars hotel level. For example, the fillet steak was incredibly dry and over cooked, impossible to eat. Surely, I will not buy another package spa-dinner again.

Didn't find it immediately, maybe some sign would be the top … I received a good offer, accommodation very good, room very insufficient heating, also if you move out of the room you have to take away the card which if detached, cuts power and turns off the heating … Catering excellent, helpful and friendly staff, great wellness program, perhaps a little too "crowded"
