➜ The hotel is located in the center, this is definitely its highlight, but alas the only one as far as I'm concerned! I would not recommend it especially to those who have small children as it does not have an elevator, and you have to do 3 floors on foot, which surely, with stroller, children etc, are not so few! already from the door down you could smell a strong exhaust, but that I honestly thought came from the street… unfortunately the same smell was felt throughout the apartment… (although already from the entrance they tried to mask with various scents, candles etc. ) crossed a very cute and well-appointed corridor we arrive in our room, which also looks well furnished, seemingly clean and spacious. As soon as I enter the bathroom I still smell that strong smell of exhaust… comes out of the toilet, the sink and the bin… and even in this environment I immediately know a deodorant for the environment attached to the plug, I do not tell you the headache between the smell of exhaust and the various essences! The mattress was quite comfortable but the sheets in my opinion were not clean:ERANO OF MACCHIE! the closet to store the garments stood by miracle, as well as the bathroom door that did not close well and the brush of the toilet that punctually divided into two parts when used, inevitably soiling on the ground… breakfast was not much, good coffee of the machine but to eat only brioches and certainly not among the best!
The host is dishonest, a thief who stole our money and canceled our accommodation. Do not go there!

Excellent quality/price ratio, good availability of the owner, mr Cosimo, functional and comfortable. Large room and bathroom of normal size, both of which are well furnished and comfortable. The remarkable outdoor room are available to guests, where you can find some little snack (cookies, packaged croissants, tarts, etc. ) and the coffee for the coffee maker. Possibility to use the fridge. With regard to sound insulation, the council to carry out maintenance work to further isolate the room from the outside (the room facing on to via Giovanni Maria Angioy) ; during the night we heard shouting. The property is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. For all the rest, definitely recommended.
