They lack a bit of amenities like a public shower but all in all it's a nice beach.

Beautiful complex with cozy apartments. However, the boss and the employee at the reception are very unfriendly.

Very manicured outdoor areas with flowers and plants, the pool is beautiful but small and frequented by uneducated and unclean foreigners… The restaurant and poolfront bar offer very good dishes and cocktails. You can have breakfast at a good price if booked the day before. In contrast, the apartment we were assigned was small for 4 people; two people slept in a sofa bed (still to be done) in the kitchen that once opened narrowed the passage and therefore had to close it every morning. The bathroom was very small and equipped with a narrow shower and water heater, which was bumped every time the window opened. Unfortunately, consumables (toilet paper, soap for hands and dishes, scottex, anti-mosquitoes. ) are borne by the customer and also lack sits the customer's keepers, tablecloths, napkins, cleaning rags and clothespins to spread. There is no cleaning and reordering of the rooms, but only a delivery of clean sheets in the middle of the week. It's all "do it yourself" for both beds and recycling to be brought to the depot at the end of the stay. Honestly, at the same price, we found more equipped and more comfortable residences…

Good location short walk to the sea small pool and a small bar are available. The apartments are, however, very economical and Spartan furnished. The private beach is partly filthy in autumn but actually quite in okay. The lounge chairs are not included in the price and cost €20, — per day.

Beautiful Location and very well cared for, located just a few minutes (walk) from the beach. I stayed in a comfortable apartment, with kitchenette, air conditioning in both rooms and a splendid terrace with sea view. The resident is equipped with a swimming pool immersed in an atmosphere of relaxation and silence, appreciated by the children. From here you can take advantage of the shower, bathroom and bar facilities with a very kind and prepared staff. Parking is both inside and outside the property.

Average accomodation. The room was basic, small restroom and small tv, far from the bed. Breakfast wasn't included and I had to ask for the receipt at the bar (which is inside the structure) otherwise they wouldn't provide it. Could be ok for no more than one night.

The complex is located halfway between Villasimius and the beach, both easily reached by foot. The apartment is clean and tidy equipped. Unfortunately, the apartments are very noisy, you get what the neighbor does. The light in the apartment is something funzelig, the mattress and the bed a bit rickety and too soft. Service, staff, facility is very good. Wi-Fi only in the Pool area and a little weak. In sum, a very good price-performance ratio, I would go again.

Fantastic get away… perfectly quiet yet only 10 mins to the most gorgeous white sand beach and 10 — 15 mins walk to the town of villasimius. Apts are very clean lovely pool area. Beautiful sea views… what more could you want.

Great apartments well maintained and clean. Great location and value for money. Starting point to visit the South East of Sardinia. Gorgeous.

A beautiful course in Villasimius — only a few hundred meters to the "beach". The Centre of Villasimius is also just a few hundred metres away. The plant itself is a small and beautifully designed. The service is very attentive.

This place is beautiful! Every apartment has an amazing view of the sea. The well cured gardens around every house give the inhabitants an atmosphere of pure nature. The hotel workers are all very kind and helpful in every way. I've been coming here for more than 10 years and though it might have changed in aspect it has never let me down once. Perfect for children of any age and families of every size.
