Taken stay with Package Ship Included. The Village is valid, it has all classic comforts: Swimming Pool, animation, tennis courts and football. The apartments are of good invoice wide and discreetly clean, we had to point out some shortcomings to the management but then promptly proceeded. The staff are friendly and eating (self service), great and hearty. We went in June with a 10-month-old baby and although feasible, I would not recommend it as a first choice for such young children. The location is located on a hill side with staggered floors, the beach is reached by shuttle and/or with personal car and with strollers and children everything is a little more tiring. Parking cars a bit chaotic and unorganized. Biberoneria present but not height of the structure (luckily we had everything with us). Beautiful sea and beaches as always.

The property is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, you can not say the same regarding its organization.
In fact, the canteen is a battleground for the first to win a table.
When you run out of buffet trays it takes several minutes to replace them…
Even the food is of low quality and the usual things are often re-proposed.
The veranda is impractical for the many wasps that assault those who have lunch or dinner…
The beach is beautiful but poorly served as there are only 2 shuttles from 8 places for the whole village and the queue and waiting time in the scorching sun sometimes causes quarrels!
The animation is low-level.
Too bad because as I repeat the place is beautiful and also the property is valid but poorly managed.

Several gaps in the management of the structure. Incompetent staff at the delivery of the rooms (the bugs reported by other users there are, personally I was not so upset). Catering is not bad even if the sweets are not that great (nice to see but then… Remarkable tendency of animators to steal extra money with miscellaneous games. Novice animation. The only one I save is the chief animator who has been kind even outside of his work.
Bar service: I ask for 2 coffees and I notice the lack of release of the tax receipt. I ask: 'Give me the receipt' answer: 'but do you want the receipt? If you want, I'm going to do it. ' I wonder how the property controls the receipts of the bar; I have the impression that the staff "eats" us. Icing on the cake: Postcards stamped and delivered to the staff for shipping never arrived.

Residence consists of villas with swimming pool and tennis courts. Very nice recent clean. All very friendly. The beach is 2 km away by shuttle. Buffet Restaurant, discreet quality. Great entertainment for all ages. Excellent babyclub. Strategic location to visit fantastic beaches and islands.

Nothing short of amazing staff fantastic L, super animation. In short we have just returned and we would like to share compliments.

Pros: The advantageous price and variety of food available for lunch and dinner.
Cons: The staff is undersized compared to the property, 10 waiters in the room for 800 guests are really few. The rooms would need more maintenance: very dated television with SI and No 6 visible channels, shower with very little pressure and rather small, non-potable water, window door put badly that hard to close, off the terrace (ground floor) No fence that borders the area and to finish fridge in the room that cools very little, the water remained just below the ambient temperature.

First of all the landscapes of Sardinia are breathtaking as the blue sea and blue. Nice and friendly animators. Great pool with slide. As for the food you can not say anything because at noon and in the evening delicious pizza made at the time by a pizza chef Michelin as the pastry chef who in the morning did the brioche before eating did the game aperitif where you had the opportunity to Win an aperitif instead after lunch the coffee game where you have the chance to win a coffee. Really nice I enjoyed it a lot.

10 nights in July 2017 with package of Eurospin trips to €1200 per head. Perfect village for kids unleashed, but not for couples or mature people. Spacious and clean room (but with a broken lamp). Green and common areas very neglected. Restaurant room without even a fan (ok the weather maybe no need to view the nice air of the evening) and very noisy. The restaurant is a chaos type assault on diligence, only 1 ½ hours of space to have dinner hundreds of guests. They missed the dishes for 3 nights. One evening finished the fish at half dinner. Good pizza. Often dirty boards. Dining Menu but acceptable except breakfast which is sad and low profile. Automatic machines with a disgusting coffee. What most weighed was the noise of the night with the music from the bar until over midnight, luckily we had the plugs but we had to barricade to sleep. Asked to move with the room but clearly everything was fully booked. Beach has 40 umbrellas for hundreds of guests (at 9 all busy) : So bring umbrella from home. Shame as we had been to another Club village they close and we had a great time, organised and with the manager who was touring and waving. The idea is: improvised management and total savings. To avoid if you want to relax.

Bad experience as Celiac.
Menu almost absent for people with celiac disease, despite the nice publicity that the structure has made in its site.
Presence of insects everywhere, especially ants in the bedroom that you find yourself as well in the bed and in the bathroom linen. Flies and wasps in the dining rooms that literally assail the dishes for eat. A hellish heat during meals given the absence of air conditioners. Cleaning of rough environments. The only positive note of the holiday, the sea, the landscape and the staff of the room really friendly and helpful, as well as the animation.
The receptionists were less than courteous.

We have returned from two days from Sardinia, my impression on the hotel is mediocre, the place would be really nice but neglected in many details, the maintenance of some common parts is really reduced to a minimum, see for example the theater area…
A little repetitive but average restaurant, good breakfast,
A hellish heat in the restaurant… for me a real problem.
The rooms are old, and poorly maintained… between some year to do if they do not do some work… cleanliness in the norm although they could do better, staff excellent and helpful always… this the point of strength, evidently here the problem lies in the direction General.
Then we say we are in Sardinia. That is wonderful… I use the hotel as a foothold and just for the rest we turn tuto the day.
The reviews of the summer 2016 were not bad… instead my expectations were disappointed.
For sure I would not stay at this Hotel again.

Hi all I have been to Gallura beach from 12/06/17 to 23/06. I must say the place is really nice! Too bad the organization is nothing short of ridiculous! I paid €240 of Club card, to service that they were not there. They tell you 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds till exhaustion considering we were at this time 500 people and the parasols were only 20… I dare not image in August, to take an umbrella you will have to arrive at dawn!
The shuttles are 2. One broke for 3 days, so imagine that excellent service. I went to the director to ask for explanations, I found myself a little courteous person, who replied "if he is not well there is no more. "
The activities that they proposed on the scoreboard often did not make them (and I pay the CLUB card)
The kitchen was not bad too bad in the restaurant halls it was a terrible heat. Little staff but friendly.
Good entertainment all in all.
I will never stay here again.

Excellent animation, maximum availability of all staff, good facilities. I would say more than a three star.
To review the coffee machines for the breakfasts. You could definitely improve.

To be a 3-star hotel is a beautiful setting surrounded by nature of Sardinia.
