Returning from a week in this wonderful residence, I can only recommend it.
All perfect! Family management makes all the difference; friendliness, kindness, smiles, professionalism. Carla and Andrea, with their family and their collaborators, were able to cuddle us and make us feel at home.
The location of the residence is magnificent as it is directly on the beach and you can enjoy breathtaking views.
The kitchen is a real treat, from breakfast (super varied and plentiful) to dinner (very well-groomed dishes and cooked in an excellent way).

Have just returned from a weekend spent in this beautiful location, everything just perfect, from the location of the hotel directly on the sea, with a splendid terrace from which you can' enjoy a breathtaking view of the whole promontory of the Conero, to the cleaning manic of all spaces, the warm hospitality of the staff, the delicious food… we have also given the free upgrade from studio to three-room apartment that we could hold over the time of check-in. Thank you, we will be back ❤

Just returned from a wonderful week spent at the Residence Conero Mare. What can I say? the owners, delicious food, and toiletries excellent by all employees. (A praise to Alice, who with his smile has always given us a great “good morning”). Highly recommended!

Have just come back from my excellent holiday at the residence "il Conero mare". We stayed in three in an apartment, you are in front of the sea, very comfortable and with a view of breathtaking! Fall asleep at night with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks, for me, is superb! We appreciated the kitchen; the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff, friendliness is sincere, not of convenience. For us it is very good and highly recommended… it is true, that there is no elevator, but we know that taking the stairs, is good for the heart! Carla, Andrea & family… we will meet again soon!

Great residence with hotel formula located in Marcelli, a 10-minute bike ride from the municipality of Numana. Placed directly on the beach, it boasts beautiful sunrises on the sea. The view runs from the long beach to the municipalities of Numana and Sirolo with the regional park of Mount Conero behind it. Great buffet at breakfast and sought after restaurant with first and second of fish or meat. Cozy and spacious apartments. Local refurbishment scares hotel staff. Bicycles available to guests free of charge. It is surprising the friendliness, kindness and helpfulness of all the staff; it's unparalleled. They even make themselves available with their own cars to accompany guests to the center of the villages and to accompany them to the hotel (without anything to demand). In the evening, the hotel boulevard is pedestrian. Highly recommended.

Great experience, property to recommend. We were there in the first week of July 2018. We booked the monoplus. There were 4 of us. 2 adults and two children aged 4 and 2. Spacious apartment, spotless and especially a walk (literally) from the sea and the playground.

Great solution for families. Residence with hotel service in front of a beautiful sea. Very nice owners and staff. Friendly beachfront restaurant and well looked after. Only flaw lack of elevator.

We know the house from earlier than it only had holiday apartments.
It's become super beautiful what Carla and Andrea made of it!
All employees and the family are very friendly and helpful, we have "at home, in the circle of the family" ge –

At the breakfast buffet, nothing is left to be desired. There is once everything you could wish for. The daily changing menu is good, and the food a 'la carte and the wines highly recommended. The chef is just great.
We felt very comfortable in May and like to come to IL CONERO, hopefully back in September

Pleasant family leadership, very much mindful of the well-taken, have recovered us very well, also through the professional co-starring of the daughters, who really gave a spontaneous and funny touch of their work and thus made us feel as if received in the family, compliment Carla And Andrea and daughters.

Residence with a magnificent panorama, owners super attentive to the needs of the clientele and very helpful… What about thank you so much for the wonderful Easter holiday.

Being retired, we decided to spend the month of January at the sea. We were disappointed with the residence for several reasons.
Respect, comfort and price.
Respect: We had no privacy, in the morning the maid came at any time. We asked one morning not to come and it was not respected.
Comfort: We have often been cold. It was impossible to set the heating properly in the rooms and in the stay at 27 degrees it was cold the more the bathroom had no heating. The month of January is chilly. The noise also disturbed us. The heating made a lot of noise, the night impossible to sleep and the day was the renovation of the building next to the residence. We were told that the residence took care of our laundry and strange throughout our stay the washing machine was down.
Moreover to get to the apartment it is necessary to climb 66 steps. Not always obvious with the races to wear.
We decided to leave the residence after 19 days and we had to pay 1950. Euros. This without breakfast.
Never again will we go back and we strongly advise against staying there in the winter.

Stay extra unforgettable and thanks to all the team who began in 4 for us. Our daughter has been sick and they were there to reassure us. The food is very good, the staff at the top and the owners of the exceptional people We will come back this is certain with the small to last more. Happy new year to all the team and THANK you again Peter, Blandine, Alicia and Lucy.

Great place, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cosy fogging. Food very good and original combinations with jams made by them and plant seeds to taste! A wonderful holiday.

We have been together with my partner at Hotel il Conero 2 weekends in the early
by April 2014, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della signora Paola was great,
recommending routes and views not to be missed. Excellent proposals for herbal tea, yoghurt, jam and other foodstuffs directly edited and produced by the same lady Paola, deals with such kindness.

Beautiful place, great for a relaxing holiday. We chose the residence solution we were fine, over all we had a chance to be able to take with us our 2 cats. The sea is 5 minutes walk and there are public beaches and private beaches. In the structure there is a nice pool where in the morning the owner very nice lady Paula holds sessions of aquagym. The owners are very kind and very helpful, the rooms comfortable and very clean. We hope to be back next year.

I was there a few years back, and my judgment is certainly positive, even for the good location to explore the coast and the hinterland, this year they sent me a Christmas card to where they were shown the improvements and the new restaurant, from what little I could see, a nice jump in quality.

The residence is right on the beach, a charming seaside resort.
A very peaceful place where I spend some nice holidays.
The rooms are clean and Nice.
Highly recommended.
