Excellent location close to the ski fields and in any case not far from the village. Spectacular view.

Great location for those who like to be close to the slopes not so big but clean rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

Well equipped apartments kind staff and attentive lovely place we have been coming for 5 years in summer.

Horrible… the Apartments are very tiny, the beds old and uncomfortable, not to mention the sofa bed… Absurdly, uncomfortable, full of bumps. Appertamenti dirty. Reception staff really rude and unfriendly… The discomfort of the customer they don't give anything. Perfect… I urge You not to go there. They are criminals who sell the sun, and also at a great price. Never more.

Great location, accommodation nice, clean rooms. Short holiday experience to be repeated, but staying more days.

Hotel has been renovated, but feels a bit outdated. The location is however great at a 15m walk from the village main street at the end of the Frejus tunnel connecting France and Italy (warning: this tunnel costs 45 EUR for a single trip! ). As with many buildings in this area, they appear to have had their glory time around 2006 during the Turin Olympics. Rooms unfortunately had no Wi-Fi (there is public Wi-Fi downstairs) and the swimming pool / Spa appears to be a separate company with associated usage costs (currently 5EUR for the swimming pool; take your towels from the room). In summary, an OK basic hotel but a bit overpriced (we paid over 100EUR).

Residence located practically on the ski slopes near a bike park and adventure park.

Good location for skiing in and out, we returned here after an excellent holiday two years ago. We were told that the chef had changed, as a result we found the vegetarian food option less attractive than before.

For those who come to Bardonecchia especially for skiing, the location of this residence is really unbeatable, a few steps from the start of the slopes of Campo Smith, with everything at hand: ticket office, ski schools, ski rental. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, gyms and swimming pools. The rates are however a bit high.

Good, nice rooms OK. Only thing: organization of the Bad breakfast, no juice, glasses, then the waiters have to chase for lack. For the crime OK place great. In front of the ski slopes.

Hotel near the facilities. Very comfortable, equipped with Ski box and wellness Center with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Roman bath, igloo and various showers. Gym. Clean and spacious rooms with Sky TV. Restaurant with great breakfast and dinner with buffet and table service, different menu every evening and spectacular desserts. The staff Great for a family vacation in peace.

It is good for those who want to get up and wear skis immediately as the slopes end in the lobby. Unfortunately Spartan rooms, flags of crumpled nations, you notice that have passed 12 years from the Torino 2006 Olympics, and on arrival problems for dog acceptance.

Strategic place, 5m from the slopes, 5m from the ski school, 5m from the ski rental.
Nice rooms, complete with everything, warm and comfortable.
The difference, however, is made by the staff, Marika and Cristina, very professional but friendly and helpful, which make guests feel at home.

The place is great, very good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All they need is an upgrade to their furniture, they should change the doors of the refrigerators and thus save a lot of energy.

Perfect little resort in Italy. Incredible snow. We didn't know what to do with it ^^ with a lot of sunshine too.
The vast majority of locals speak French, therefore, no communication concerns for non-English speakers. The city centre is also nice to visit.

Residence on the slopes, skiing at the feet from morning to evening. Covered parking available for a fee. Bars, rentals and ski schools on the ground floor.

In a 4-person apartment there's one twin, one couch, and one broken foldable frame with a 1-inch matress. Also broken kitchen and cleaning equipment. Only pro was the speed with which the staff replaced my broken bed.

Great location, just by the skiing facility. We had an apartament for 4, 1 room was suitable for a couple, but a sofa with added bed as a double bed was unaaceptable. However, the bathroom and kitchen were OK. Overall experience was fine, we had a balcony with a view opening on the slopes.

Very modern structure at the foot of the slopes. Suggestive panorama. Very convenient as it is only a few minutes from the highway and has large parking lots. Convenient even for short weekends on the ski slopes.

The hotel is nice, the property shows all its age, however the rooms are nice big cozy and clean. Too bad the quality of the restaurant does not really live up to a four star, although waiters and maitre are really nice.
Only real Neo (of course I think) that the pool that is one with the wellness area and is also charged for guests of the hotel: absurd. Then: They also let the children enter except then give us rude because being the pool in the wellness area you have to be quiet… in my opinion or you do not let the children enter or you can not expect that a group with a dozen children is calm and quiet as right C he is; You want to profiting on everything. If you want the necessary relaxation or you do a separate pool or different times or as almost every spa you forbid the entrance to children with good peace of missed earnings for all families who decide not to go there.

Aesthetics of the rooms 5stelle, as you can see the view from the room was great. Then I realize that the double bed is made up of two single beds and in the bathroom no fan. The spa, so we had to pay aside, had a swimming pool with cold whirlpool, many small dorm and always occupied since at least it was hot (Roman bath, 2 sauna, Turkish bath. ), no tea area and only two deckchairs, of course always occupied also Those, spa rated 2 stars.
Having stayed here for New Year's Eve we did the dinner. Karaoke music Very high that I could not hear even my voice, but let's talk about the food. Very much, indeed not too. Really a big and sad waste, also because the courses arrived anyway not esdendo to order.
If I remember correctly: aperitif with snacks and sparkling wine, 3antipasti, 3 first, 3 seconds, dessert, fruit and at midnight as well as Catecho and Lentichie. Crazy stuff, I would rather spend half or eat much better meals than not to see me take away most of the full dishes (both for the taste/quality of the food that because I was full)

Lacks the quality-price: PRO: Comfortable beds, position for those who ski optimal, quiet and friendly and helpful staff;
Cons: Bad breakfast, the inedible salt and the sweet, medium-low quality;
In the bathroom is "sprayed" a deodorant that in my opinion has a really annoying smell; With regard to the quality of soaps (Shampodoccia) bad…

Nice convenient hotel, close to slopes and good facilities. Decor is a bit dated.

The View on the mountain is Perfeita, but in the apartments lacks police!

Great location for getting you onto the piste early and off it and into a hot bath at the end of it. Very clean and tidy even with skiers traipsing in and out the door all day and night. Boot/ski room by entrance of hotel which saves you dragging your gear through reception. Staff were all very approachable and spoke good to very good English, which really showed up my Italian. Menu had all of the bases covered with traditional 4 courses and one of the main courses was often fish or seafood. We were never stuck for choice and never saw the same meal appear on the menu all week. Rooms are well appointed, clean and tidy but nothing fancy. Shower/bathroom again very clean with no issues. Wi-Fi is free but a little intermittent and not fast enough for YouTube until everyone has gone to bed. Fine for checking into your social media though. I never used the spa or pool area while I was there, but it looked good and everyone seemed to make a beeline for it at night. I did use the gym though. It's open from late afternoon and into the evening and was always staffed. Well equipped too. Not just one of those box ticking 'fitness rooms' with a bike and a treadmill in it. This one has a range of cardio and resistance machines as well as Smith machines and free weights. The hotel looks like it is one giant elliptical building with a massive courtyard in the middle, but it is actually lots of different premises.

Ski in, ski out, very clean and fantastic staff. Great breakfast and tasty dinner.

Comfortable rooms and very beautiful hotel.

It's a pretty awesome place to ski and snowboard! The last time I was there, there wasn't a lot of snow, but don't worry, there's always plenty of artificial snow!

I stayed over the weekend of the Immaculate con l'associazione Snowtime. The hotel is comfortable and the location is great, on the slopes. Staff very friendly and the rooms comfortable, clean and very quiet. Recommend staying in the hotel.

Very nice hotel which is in the middle of the mountain… Correct quality.

Nice room good reception but crowded.

BAD reception: we stayed for two nights with smartbox this and unfortunately we had an unfortunate drawback: Although we booked two months in advance and having further confirmed the room the day before arrival at the hotel reception we were told we resulted not booked. After half an hour of discussion we were finally given the availability of the room.
While staying at the fact that we were customers SMARTBOX any request for information at the front desk we were treated like beggars.
Finally the day of departure, although the package at exit 14, SMARTBOX provided they didn't leave the room in the morning.
