Nice Hotel Thanks to Davide for his welcome.

Very good food, cozy place. They have specialities bith from north or south Italy. Usually have free tables when other restaurants don't. Prices fit Bardonecchia's mean value for restoration.

It's a good hotel but they charge too much for a lot of stuff.

We returned to this hotel after 2 years and were surprised by the new excellent management. You see that the staff loves his job, they pampered us and made you feel at home, always available for every need. The hotel is very nice, the rooms have been renovated and the common areas are very comfortable. Also the restaurant is very good, the breakfasts are full of homemade cakes.
The hotel also has a nice sauna, gym and ski storage to relax after a day of skiing.
The location is excellent, a few steps from the center and the bus stop in front of the hotel to get to the facilities.
We were very unhappy too that our holiday lasted only 4 days.

I write a review because it is the least you can do after spending a week of relaxing and pleasant skiing at the HOTEL ROSA SERENELLA in Bardonecchia thanks to the friendliness of David and family. The Hotel will be three stars but for some services and to be considered 5 stars. The rooms are very clean. Located in the central area at all. The location of the hotel is in a great strategic position, near the station FF: SS, 700 m from the slopes, 50m from the ski bus stop, 10 minutes from the center of Bardonecchia, during the stay I never took the car. It is a great hotel, in every point of view, with excellent parking availability. The kitchen is really excellent: breakfast rich and excellent, a choice of 3 menus for the first 3 for the second and amazing desserts, and a great pizza. Among other things some first are of own production. The owner, Mr. DAVIDE is a person always smiling and available for any problem. Thanks again for the wonderful availability, professionalism and courtesy. Greetings to David and all the members of his family.

Family-run Hotel great for families with children. All courteous and available, spacious rooms, warm and cozy. Good food and services. Great location near the ski slopes and the city center. We will definitely return. Thank you Erika, Davide and Patrizia for the wonderful holiday.

Service and impeccable treatment. I returned a year later in this hotel located at the foot of the ski slopes, and I found with pleasure the great skill, the excellent service and the food of the previous year. All accompanied by great sympathy and professionalism of the owners and the operators of the Hall. What to say, places like that would deserve six stars, pity they can only assign five. Recommended.

The structure is 200 m from the characteristic center and 200 m from Campo Smith that offers many and excellent slopes for all. The location is perfect. The Restaurant is quality, Davide was always available to accommodate us during our stay. The bed in the room is comfortable. The view from the balcony is discrete as it is exposed on several sides towards the mountain without housing in the middle.

Very friendly people, good food and Pizza. Simple, but clean rooms. Easy Parking. Good access to city center and Camp David.

Very attentive holder is helpful, staff very courteous, always available and polite. Everything is perfect, food really good, hotel style mountain well maintained and clean, breakfast plentiful. The hotel boasts a very good location for those who want to ski and for those who want to reach the country. It is already for some years that we come to Bardonecchia but this is the best hotel I have been in and next year I will come back here.

Good family's hotel with perfecr location between the town centre and lifts to number of slopes. Reasonable prices, sufficient breakfast, free sauna, friendly staff and atmosphere. Recommended to stay for a week to those who like mountain skies and bikes.
