Small budget hotel, in good position, with relative ease of parking (possibility to use private parking). Small rooms but ok for a short stay.

Good value. Friendly personnel, clean rooms.

A really nice hotel in the center of Torino, the building is a old one, the rooms are small but clean :)

I found the Hotel Eden cozy, warm, hospitable. Nice people and well laid out. I felt well received. The breakfast is rich and varied. The room adequate. A little unexpected with the toilet, understood and solved. The parking is very convenient The area is very well served in everything. I highly recommend it!

Il mio soggiorno presso l'hotel Eden è stato più che soddisfacente. Nonostante le 2 stelle, non è mancato nulla alla nostra permanenza lì. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, tranne che per il portiere, lo abbiamo aspettato per 10 minuti al freddo dopo essere tornati da una serata alle 6 del mattino (freddo glaciale). Situato a 2 passi dalla metro e da tanti altri mezzi che collegano periferia e centro.

Clean and quiet Hotel though of the old school with thin towels. Breakfast is worth doing elsewhere. Hard parking in the area.

Camera pulita con terrazzino, dotata di tutti I servizi. Buona ricca colazione. Posizione 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di porta nuova e appena 100 metri dai mezzi di trasporto (bus, metro, tram). Torino e' una bella citta', piacevole da visitare.

Ideale per brevi soggiorni. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Letto molto comodo. Stanze piccole ma pulite. Raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi da stazione Porta Nuova. Vicino sia a fermate bus/tram che metro.

Nice and clean place. Can easy be a 3 star hotel. Breakfast doesn't offer a great selection of food but enough for a quick snack.

I find the hotel very cute and cozy. The staff are excellent. My room, a single room with bathroom and terrace is very comfortable. A quarter of an hour from the station and just 20 minutes from the downtown area.

I have recommended the Hotel to friends visiting Turin for a romantic weekend. They were looking for a solution that is well connected to the Centre but far from the madding crowd, offering a warm atmosphere and collection and great attention to its customers.
The choice turned out to be excellent, location at the foot of the Hill and walking a short distance from the river Po and the Valentino Park allowed them to recuperate after rounds gingerly among the cultural attractions. Of their vacation they later reported that they loved Turin and charm vaguely aristocratic, perfectly represented by what has been for a few days their "home".

Recommended! Excellent value for money, staff friendly and helpful. Convenient for the Centre of Turin, the Metro is 2 minutes walk. Big breakfast.

If at all possible, avoid this hotel! I may have been unfortunate, but the guy who "welcomed" me was very unresponsive to my concerns. When he decided that I was asking too many questions he said he did not have time for me. I had booked a single room, which was VERY small (more like a hallway with a bed that barely fit in its width). While it looked clean, the room smelled as if the window had not been opened in days. I would have given this a chance, but the service really was abismal.
