In This area there is only plenty of choice as far as restaurants are concerned. I trusted a friend of mine. My choice is tack on the bistro for a practical matter, the end was the trip to the lake did not eat it. Do not eat badly, but not even divinely.

As for the hotel unfortunately I have to give two stares we stayed in the suite which nn is a suite… that is nice room but if they find better unless… we come and find the toilet dirty… telephone in the room nn working Wi-Fi nn working… I go to Front desk and they send me up the cleaning lady… I had already cleaned I always carry the disinfectant wipes… She poor girl showed me all the rooms she had just cleaned and they were clean… So how come the bathroom was dirty? Or we got someone or nn you know. Mystery… broken phone. Answer give me the girl from the front desk. If you need to call me on the phone… go be. No comment… very uncomfortable mattress and cushions flacidissimi without even having a way to choose or change because there are no spare. Inside the shower also lacks a piece of handle… cobwebs on the ceiling and sink base all ruined… it seems to me an exaggeration to charge 150 euros a suite defined so only x the Jacuzzi… Phrygians bar does not exist… no comment… we will not go back…

Great place and fantastic food. Capesante with verza in easy bagna cauda are a must. You definely need to try them. You want to try the 7 courses chef menu with paired wines (yes, it comes with a total of 7 glasses of wine! ), being sure to book a room upstairs so there's no need for driving.

Excellent location. Rooms a little small but pretty. Unforgivable heating off in late November.

On Sunday, the month of November loads of rain made special by the perfect lunch. Intimate environment, refined in every detail, but not pretentious. Service is attentive and precise and, above all, a surprise in every dish. Excellent ingredients and preparations that enhance each and every flavor and surprise with their presentations neat and sometimes funny (the 'plan' in the small pastry). Honorable mention to the bread, oil and parts that allow you to enjoy more dishes but are not too small. The wine list enhances the Piedmont. The prices are in line with the type of the business, but without the excesses which are not justified by the quality. It was really a pleasure to enjoy this gift.

Tesse is a "Stellato Michelin" 's chef, his dishes aren't simply a meal, they are an experience that everyone should try. A must do in Orta.

After 250 km into motion in February, arrive and jump into the tub in the room. BHE is priceless! Great restaurant, and staff at the location. All very friendly and Nice, especially one who is born on the same day. If I really have to find a flaw. Maybe too much lighting at night for those who, like me, cannot stand even the red light on the TV. In the end anyway, spectacular weekend.
