Very good place and good food and service.

We had a gifted box set for my partner's Pension party, and we chose this magnificent resort. Right away we noticed the high professionalism and kindness from the reception, the deluxe room with gorgeous lake views! Dinner and especially 5-star breakfast ⭐️. Staff prepared and kind everywhere.
Impeccable cleaning everywhere! The late-morning check out allows you to stroll and visit the castle in front of the hotel with an immense and impeccable park… what to say. I recommend it to all those who want to feel pampered and relaxed, with a higher temperature you could also take advantage of the pool. Congratulations to everyone! Hopefully we can come back for another celebration!

The whole place is beautiful. The grounds are immense and immaculate with stunning views. A great team all happy to make sure you have the best stay! Highly recommended.

Located in an old renovated palace, extraordinarily.
Everything is perfect, italian staff stylish attentive, speaking French. The restaurant has nothing to envy the best French tables with refined dishes that are out of the ordinary.

We slept in the family castle. Typical and historic place. Room restored in a simple way. It's not made for winter sleep. In winter you have to sleep in the renovated property at the front desk.

Beautiful location.
Visited at a medieval festival with theatrical performances both inside the historic palace and in the gardens of the same.
There are bars and restaurants ride by carriage and flight show of the hawks.
Only flaw the garden in the back of the building where you enter for a nice walk but where you can unfortunately see the greenhouse that does not enjoy a well-minimum maintenance.

Very nice and charming location, very large and well maintained rooms. We were in a detached structure from the actual castle but still very close and you can visit whenever you want. I'm going for a ride in the garden. Bikes can also be left in a reserved storage room in the car park at the hotel.

Fantastic! Service is first class, from check in to check out! The food is incredible, grounds are charming, and rooms are very comfortable.

Very nice place but service and deplorable have waited 45min as the server Vienna to take the command it never came!
The worst thing is that he saw us, but no he preferred to stay in are corner.
At the end of supper, which was imworld I order a port and it brings me a marsala once again disappointed…

It is the ideal place if you want to know the life of castle, this one dates from the year 1000 and you can visit its period pieces. The restaurant Le Fief is also very good and in a setting also of period. There is a little waiting between the dishes although the servers are very dynamic. You will have plenty of choices for breakfast.

A lovely day spent in the castle… It was nice to see the kids playing with the old games made of wood and ropes… A dip in the past x all of us… Wonderful Location no doubt.

The place is nice, fantastic gardens, we went x an event with the kids, great outside management, but I don't think it's logical to do 40 minutes of tail x manage to get a receipt x then go to another location x take a beer! Just x a beer! Amazing.

Beautiful Location, shows and very nice games, with regard to the management of queues and catering. Definitely to be revised, because poorly organized. Then the entrance to €12 and a bit pricey compared to the offer. We still had a nice afternoon…

What about… just a word… a fantastic experience between the dream and the fairy tale… and in all this the staff always attentive to your needs as for magic is there… appears and disappears, talented.

After a 5 nights stay in Cannobio in a 3 star hotel where everything was perfect (room size, facilities and view) you could expect when arriving in a 5 star to have even better.
Alas not! Spacious room, very beautiful materials, Empire decoration but a small cabinet in mahogany varnish for 2 with 50 cm of wardrobe and 3 shelves of 25 cm to share. On the other hand a console and a desk: the aesthetic has been privileged compared to the functional what PIWR a hotel is a mistake.
In the bathroom a towel dryer that was not working as it was too early to open the heating (stay from 17 to 21 Sept with 15 ° outside)
3 windows with a view on a wall, on the parking area and on a building under construction!
On the other hand the staff is friendly, efficient, helpful and smiling!
As for the Castello and the park that look huge in the photos it is not. So disappointment in relation to the expectation and especially after the Belvedere at Cannobio.

Very nice place for a relaxing day. Food is very good and the environment of the park is remarkable.

Very nice Location with the castle immersed in a well-kept park in the main part, it is possible to take a walk around the fields with adjoining pond and the forest with secular plants.

Castello Dal Pozzo is not only a luxurious 5-star hotel on Lake Maggiore, but also home to an important and noble family. This, which might seem like a detail, instead gives this location a feature that is sometimes completely absent in high-end hotels: here you feel like a guest in a house. Of course, this house is a beautiful castle … so from feeling like a simple guest to a real king … The step is short!
Not for nothing, in fact, despite having been there for only one night, we have witnessed 2 marriages: moreover, who on that day there would not want to feel like a prince?
In addition to the Neo-Gothic Castle (I would say unique in Italy … alone worth a visit! ), guests can also stay in the Palace and in the stables. These structures scattered in a real forest (with a pond) make the Hotel very varied and suitable for both relaxation and family vacation.
Service is 5-star as well as the in-house restaurant!
Ideal for a romantic getaway, for multiple days of vacation, as a couple or as a family … In short, it's just a tip-to-recommend.

This is truly a wonderful property with an excellent chef and a warm and caring owning family.

Beautiful Castle and park. Reception and Breakfast However our junior suite at 293 euros the 2 nights (fortunately obtained with discount) was infested with flying insects and noisy. No solution from the hotel to by changing our room at the end of the second complaint at 10pm.
New single room and always infested with insects (have to kill a 20ene on 2 nights) really annoying to sleep in these conditions especially when you see the standing of the hotel. And the suite was really old-fashioned comparing to the decoration of the castle great disappointment compared to the rooms.
Didn't have a discount while reclassifying to a single room while basic we were in junior suite.

You will not find a better venue for a wedding in Italy. From start to finish the staff were amazing. Rachele, Laura, Stefano, Aimone and all who work here been attentive, kind and extremely helpful. Nothing was ever a problem and there was no task too much (including finding a translator at extremely short notice)! We had 60 of our friends and family stay for 2 nights during the wedding and we had the best feedback from every single one of them. Beautiful rooms, breath taking surroundings, glorious food and service you cannot match. From our welcome drinks in reception to saying goodbye we felt like royalty. Not just a hotel for weddings though, we have had a few mini breaks here and found we were treated with the same enthusiasm care and attention, we can't wait to go back!

The location is very beautiful : the castle kept in excellent condition, the staff works very well. I was there for a wedding.
