The lady was very kind and also thoughtful, the environment also seemed clean. Unfortunately there is a bathroom that should be divided with another room (I was lucky because that night the room was empty). The heating of the room was represented by a pellet stove that warmed beyond, so at some point in the night I had to open the windows. The stove at The strokes was also noisy and in the morning I had to turn it off altogether. The most favourable point is definitely a very very cheap price.
