Very pleasant stay, very spacious rooms and very very courteous staff.

As a restaurant, outside on the terrace a crazy heat, the burning cutlery, the miserable umbrellas, the gazebos are not enough… but many.

Hotel itself was beautiful. How ever, the AC didn't work, room was dirty, balcony was full of spiders and spider webs. Ask them to clean the spider web, they didn't. Had to clean it myself so my girlfriend would sit outside with me. Service at the bar is friendly.

Great hotel with a great view in a great place!

Bad. If you book from booking-type sites they treat you as a second-choice customer. Room without air conditioning because we were told we booked an economy sin was also the only one available. Old room with double bed created by two single beds joined with mattresses of different heights and spring nets (noisy and soft). Ruined wallpaper. Very old bathroom and also rusty. Really poor breakfast. Staff at reception poorly prepared.

Superb cosy and rustic hotel by the lake. Silvio made us a couple of great drinks and we had a lovely stay in the hotel. Would definitely come again!

Very dated hotel, carpeted rooms, malfunctioning floor planer fan, bathroom in the old room too but I would say pretty clean.

The location is wonderful, directly on the lake, but time seems to have stopped more than 40 years ago…

+ Great location — Bad and old, very old hotel facilities. Need urgent renovation — beds are very bad and uncomfortable — expensive restaurant with poor menu — smoke and scents from the kitchen can feel in the rooms — music from the bar is disturbing till 12pm.

The good thing here is the fantastic view from the rooms and the restaurant and the easily available free carpark. The Wi-Fi is horrible. The hotel needs renovation. The location is 5 km from Stresa which is a town with lots more buzz, eateries, shops, ferry services and things to do.

It is confirmed as the classy restaurant, romantic and with a menu of fresh fish, among these excellent the Lavarello, and meat. In the evening and at Noon Saucer Chef, marvel at the Caponata, which provides a attention to detail that is the signature from generations of the Miller family. Beware of the wines of Piedmont especially small producers. The ideal room for those who want to return the biological clock to the pleasure of nature.

Great location, if you captain then the rooms on the last floor facing the lake you will have fallen into a fairytale atmosphere and the breakfast is consumed on a prominent covered glass terrace on the lake with around sailboats anchored a few meters and the panoramic Frame all in return that resides on the lake the front sides of Lombardy with the high national and Swiss mountains that rise far, closer closes the view the ancient village with its elegant walk on the banks.

The Hotel finds its dawn in the distant age and at times you notice the signs of time, but I personally do not mind because it contextualized the environment in which it is placed.
Strategic for excursions or Traghettaggio services on other shores.

Rooms are very old and also shower at most middle class. The very nice lobby, the extremely friendly typical Italian-cheerful staff and the great view to Lake Maggiore and the fair price make a lot of things good again. Generally recommended if you do not have too high demands on the rooms.

Great location in the center, right on the lake. Fantastic Panorama of the lake and the Borromee Islands from the room with balcony and from the terrace with parasols. Excellent cuisine well taken care of, elegant and retro atmosphere, which for this reason has its charm. Spacious room, furnishings and bathroom dated.

Shameful, Decadent. To shower you had to be on your knees because the dispenser was lower than a normal person. The washbasin glued with the stucco. The fridge bar resting on the wall without a cabinet. The carpet I think had not been cleaned for 1 month and to finish the mattress completely broken down impossible to Sleep. I've travelled a lot, but something like this never happened to Me. 2 stars scarce other than 4.

Wonderful family run hotel on an excellent location which extends an amazing hospitality to all who visit.

Structure a little stale, but the show that you have, because it is right on the lake, and really lovely. Great food.

Style a little old, but of considerable practicality and beauty. The view of the lake Maggiore enriches the emotions of love.

Room was a great deal compared to other hotels in the area. Great view and includes breakfast. Rooms are clean but a little dated. Could hear the other people through the walls at some times during the night. Would recommend as a budget friendly hotel.

Exceptional service in the restaurant. Made welcome, not rushed. The waiting staff and the barman were second to none and made our visit one to remember. The food was excellent with views overlooking the lake stunning.

First impression was OK, the lobby was spacious and clean. The horror started once we reached the room, which was very poor, but since we have had been looking for a place to stay for the last two hours we decided to stay. In the morning I forgot my cell in the room. Phoned there and they told me they found nothing. After 5 minutes it has been turned off. Thieves.
