What happened to me today is shameful.
I go on booking to book the superior room at 240 euros as per fare.
is no longer available.
I call the resort, knowing that not all rooms are made available on search engines and I am told that actually the room is there but at 350.
that's an extra 110 euros.
I point out that the difference is disproportionate, that on booking and on their own site, at that price they give a suite, and I do not see why I have to pay a superior that price…
they give me absurd motives, and in the end they tell me that they can come to meet me and leave me at 300.
has already been exposed to the relevant associations.
we know that by calling the property directly usually the price, exempt from commission due to booking com, is less.
In this case, no… it is shameful to want to take advantage of people in this way.

Great facility at the southern end of Lake Garda. Direct access to the entrance. Breakfast in the open air. Great spa and refined cuisine. Were there in the middle of October in glorious weather. Pool area also very nice. And liked it as a couple very much:).

Right on the lake, great location. We spent two days in this majestic hotel. Definitely will be back. Super friendly and welcoming staff from the moment you set foot inside the property. Excellent organization and cleanliness of the rooms. There are four restaurants, each with a different menu. Perhaps for a more international cuisine you can go to the bistro (inside the hotel) or for a fish-based cuisine you can go to the Aqua Riva. Very nice rooms even the classics, maybe lean for those lake views, because they have more outdoor space.
Just 13 km away is Sirmione, excellent for walking and cultural trips in the family and in total serenity.

Very nice structure, spacious and complete rooms of every comfort, all with small private patio. The breakfast view lake is delightful and suggestive. Tried the rival restaurants and splendid, at the height of a 5 * resort. The Convention organized at the splendid Bay was a success thanks to the personal professionalism. To return for a weekend of relaxation and SPA.

Great Hotel with direct access to the lake. Spacious rooms, and a big sunny swimming pool. The breakfast offers a variety of egg dishes, fresh fruits and a freshly squeezed orange juice The cocktails at the pool where delicious and the nearby 5* restaurant Il Rivale offers an exquisite fish cuisine.

Friendly, modern, new resort and the right on the pebble beach — which is rare on Lake Garda.
The staff — whether bar, service, review as well as the cleaning staff are friendly and nice and take care of the guests.
The whole facility is extremely clean and well maintained — as it should be! The outdoor facilities and the pool are also well maintained and tidy.
Sufficient loungers and beach beds are available and you are not right next to other holidaymakers.
Our junior suite was spacious and offers enough space to relax with an additional sofa bed. Each room or suite has a small garden with lounger or seating.
The breakfast buffet was simply awesome and the hotel restaurant also serves tasty dishes, pizza and desserts.
We didn't use the spa, but it looked very nice.
On the hotel grounds there is also a restaurant "Il Rivale" which has excellent wines on the wine list and serves more fine cuisine.
Throughout the hotel, our Hundi would also be warmly welcomed, which is not self-evident.
A hotel to relax! We will definitely be back!

Great hotel and apartment complex right on the Lake! Spacious park with swimming pool and direct access to the Lake, quiet clean atmosphere as a hotel guest or in the apartment as a Selbstvetsorger. We love it!

A breakfast that you like and long think back — and not only because of the stimulating Prosecco. A plant, which is a rarity due to the generosity of the Lake. Really chic to do so dressed waiters and cleaning ladies, which replace the towels again even in the evening.
