➜ First of all, prices exorbitant (€800/month) for a flat very basic and Spartan on the street floor, where, however, to be true, almost nothing was missing.
Confusing and unclear management regarding the services offered: he tried to move us to another location, the breakfast is practically non-existent (products packaged by discount, put by an orderly when it happens), the gym can only be used in Random times asking the key in advance, etc…
If the price had been half, I would have also put 5 stars, the amount required is completely meaningless, the result only of the shortage of accommodation — especially for short periods — available at Saronno.

EVITATELO! Arriving by train I had chosen a hotel near the station to walk downtown, instead I was "transferred" without any warning in a studio 2 km outside Saronno because "there was no more room"… but I booked the room as DISPONIBILE! For dinner I had to walk 3km to find a restaurant. Breakfast, which had to be understood, obviously did not exist, since I was inside an apartment building. Very loud at night and it was a terrible heat. I asked for the receipt and they made me a "leaf" without any tax value. Absolutely anti-professional behavior, an overnight from INCUBO!
