The reception desk operates 24 hours a day, ensuring security and prompt service at any time. The staff, particularly manager Marco and administrator Valentina, have received numerous compliments for their exceptional friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Employees demonstrate flexibility; for example, providing a room for business meetings after checkout or rearranging beds during the night. However, one guest complained about a lack of empathy regarding a penalty charge for a late booking cancellation.

Breakfasts at the hotel are generally rated as excellent, abundant, and of high quality, with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes, as well as delicious coffee and pastries. Many guests name breakfast as one of the hotel's main advantages. At the same time, there are negative reviews: one guest described the breakfast as too simple, while another called it "terrifying" with a meager selection. A lack of vegan options (only a few brioches) and the absence of ingredient labels at the buffet were also noted.

Kettles are installed in some of the rooms. At the reception, treats such as biscuits and scented water are available for guests. Rooms are also equipped with refrigerators and a mini-bar.

Guests note that the Wi-Fi in the hotel works well. However, one review mentions a signal reception problem in a specific assigned room.

The rooms are generally described as spacious, clean, and warm, with comfortable mattresses and king-size beds. The rooms feature thick curtains for complete blackout. Nevertheless, some guests consider the furniture and decor to be outdated. There were complaints regarding insufficient soundproofing between rooms, as well as worn carpeting in the corridors and an old elevator.

Opinions on cleaning are divided. Many guests praise the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and the fresh scent in the elevator. However, there are serious complaints: mentions of dirty bed linen and a lack of daily cleaning and towel changes, even after requests. Additionally, one guest noticed dust under the bedside table and on the top shelf of the wardrobe.

In most cases, the heating system works well, and the rooms remain warm during the autumn and winter periods. However, there was one recorded instance of a technical malfunction of the heating system in one of the rooms, which required the guests to be moved to different rooms.

The hotel has an elevator; however, one guest noted that it is very outdated and has a sagging floor. Despite this, access to the rooms with luggage remains possible.
