Absolutely terrible experience! The walk to our hotel room should of told us the rooms werent much better, brown horrible badly painted walls, bleach stained carpets, crappy blinds all down not even letting a glimmer of light in, but on looking through them we understood why, because all you see outside is a wall… no scenery or anything. How its a 4* is beyond me, our hotel room doors didnt lock, the shower was cold, the balcony was met by a piece of trelliss blocking any chance of sitting and relaxing catching the sun. It stated there was a shuttle to get you places? Nope that was a lie too, there was nothing, to get to the nearest shops was a good 20 mins walking, and thats on a busy road and roundabout no pathways to walk safely. When we booked we booked thinking we was going to Lombardy… didnt even see a sign for that place, we was literally in the middle ov no where, so there was a big communication barrier because its obvious not many tourists go there! Our hotel window couldnt stay open because ov a broken catch on it. We was due to stay Thursday until sunday… milan and the place we was was all cery misleading, so after several tears we booked the next flight home, which was the day after getting there! Oh not to mention the disgusting stained pillow! This place should be a 2*.

It's a great hotel, I didn't find any flaws really and would gladly go again.

I had a 1 night stay at this hotel. After having stayed already in different hotels in Milan, this one is by far one of the better. Large, fresh breakfast, possible to park your car in front of your room (even on the higher floors! ) which is very usefull. Kindly staf and good room, enough you need for a short stay.

D120 is about 15 minutes away from MXP, you can't really hear planes in your room. The hotel has an underground parking for free. The breakfast was amazing, new standards for lovers of sweet breakfast. The room was okay, bed was a bit stiff, shower had high water pressure with warm water. Overall our 1 night stay was great, would come back!

Ok location near mall. Nice spa. No pool… rooms need sprucing up and restaurant need more helpers… good price and clean… safe and underground parking is nice.

Very nice hotel good service. If you are not by car it is quite far from the center of Busto.

Hotel staff was incredibly friendly so helpful so warm. Hotel was clean modern easy to navigate. Only stayed for one night because proximity to the airport but I would definitely stay here again. Rooms were small but good for an overnight or if you are just gonna be there to sleep then go out for the day. Bathroom had all the toiletries and was very open and spacious.

The rooms have a nice style with an interesting feature.
But in the rooms do not work some things (e. G. Air conditioner, switches) or some things are broken (e. G. Windows, doors).
Even if something is reported to the staff regarding non-functioning objects, they listen but do not solve anything.

I liked it. Classic Business Hotel but with the peculiarity of a breakfast buffet prepared entirely by them. The quality of homemade cakes is felt and appreciated.
King size beds: You can also sleep in 4. I didn't find the mattresses uncomfortable.
Convenient the attached garage.

Found by chance on the internet I was surprised by the Motel formula with independent parking and entrance. I found a neat and spotless environment, great helpfulness and courtesy of the staff and an excellent breakfast, all over expectations. Excellent prices. Recommended for business and relaxation, I will stay here again.

Hotel Friendly, spa all in all good, breakfast to improve since they ask €8, while on the site is advertised to €6.

Hotel from work. Clean room. King. Very rich breakfast to be a mid-level hotel. For the price I was guest so I don't know evaluate.

Very approximate uncomfortable TV rooms integrated in the mirror impossible to see by day.

Excellent breakfast, a little less availability… and especially what I think is almost essential, is the quality of rest… I would say bad… The mattresses are antique! They are very thin, practically lined springs. I stayed 2 nights and asked for another room for this reason: response to the reception?. What do you want me to know about mattresses — I don't sleep here? …

Small things but that determine the 4 stars instead of the 5. Maintenance workers should have a little bit of personal initiative, a little attention to detail.

The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly like most hotels, but what was really impressive was the breakfast. Best breakfast ive ever had at a hotel.

Passageway carpet dirty. Breakfast good if you like a large selection of cakes — I orefer eggs cake. Most important was that air conditioning didn't work well. We couldn't get it low enough when it was around 30c outside.

If you have to go for a spa do not go to d120, the Turkish bath has a bad smell. There is no Jacuzzi, this is not to be called spa. The normal room. Nothing special.

Good hotel easily reachable and very convenient for those who must reach Malpensa airport. It has a large covered parking area. Spacious room.

The hotel is clean although the property is not brand new. The hotel's own underground parking is convenient. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. Recommended.

The parking for this hotel is very nice and free. However I didn't see much room for if they were very busy but maybe that's just because it was out of season and that's the only parking that I needed to see (an underground garage). The bar and breakfast area are superb, and I loved the breakfast. The rooms are very very nice, and the shower was great. Overall great hotel, however, don't connect to the Wi-Fi, it's Scammy and never got to work even after going through their shady charades. But that's just Wi-Fi, so the hotels fine.

Great. Rooms spacious and tastefully furnished. Maximum cleanliness and comfort. Very nice staff. On the ground floor your car directly outside your room. What more do you want?

Nice hotel located not very far from Busto Arsizio. With parking and spacious rooms. The staff is courteous and the structure clean.
To want to be picky I just bothered the TV in the mirror. Impossible to see from any day angle.

Quiet modern hotel with good sized rooms. Located near airport by car with restaurants and a supermarket near. Well priced for a 4 star hotel. Only downside is there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, the Wi-Fi available in rooms is only for social networking. I think there may be Wi-Fi in the lobby but I did not test it. There is a restaurant, bar and spa as well but I didn't use any of them.

Fist thing to say, nice and helpfull girl at the reception. The first impression was good, but in our room some things like a plugin and a rack in the shower were broken. This decreases a 4* rating to a 3*.

Well maintained Hotel, clean and courteous staff, definitely a great choice in the area.

Nice Hotel near the airport Recommended for stays both for the proximity to the exhibition centre of Rho and for those who depart from Milan Malpensa. Good breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms.

Great, perfect either for wanting to hike on the lakes or take part in fairs. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Great opportunity to leave the car parked in front of the room. The staff were very helpful.

I spent two weeks in the sweet in May of 2015. The suite was amazing. The staff was top notch and the friendliest and most respectful group of people I could ask for.

Their spa consists of a sauna, a steam room and two showers! Shabby. Offer treatments, without being required, as if they were included in the promotion. Thieves, I donot.
